A basic overnight stop beside Chalet Obârşia Lotrului on the Transalpina route, costing 10Euro. Electricity is available, but the sanitary facilities are poorly maintained and WiFi works only in the restaurant. The pitch borders an area used for storing building materials and rubble, making the surroundings unattractive. It is mainly suitable as a practical stopover.

Not a nice place and costs 10 euros
Not the dream in a region where you can easily find places to park. Only suitable as a backup!
Contrary to the information here, we had electricity. Otherwise it would only get 1 point. The sanitary facilities leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Wi-Fi only works in the restaurant. The pitch is next to an area where building materials and rubble are stored. The surroundings are unkempt. My tip: better drive on!
We asked for permission to fill up with water and they were super friendly; we gave them a tip for their help.
Good place to spend the night in the middle of Transalpina route, very kind host, 20lei per person and you have access to agreeable bathroom
Good stop halfway along the Transalpina. Very friendly staff let you spend the night for free in the parking area, and for 20 lei per person you can use the shower and toilet. The bathroom could be in better condition, and there was no hot water in the morning.
Nice place to spend the night for 20 lei. Only noise from the pub in the evening and barking dogs in the morning.
The camper area was not open yet in mid-June. However, we were able to stay at Pension Cabana and had a safe and quiet night.
