Bulevardi Skënderbeu, 4001, Shkodër
Been here?
This is a guarded city parking area about 5 minutes from central Shkodër, but recent reports say even vans may be refused when the lot is full. Access is difficult because of narrow streets, one-way systems and limited space for larger vehicles. The latest reported price is 200 LEK, and the area can be noisy until late despite being convenient for the pedestrian zone.

Impossible to park even a van, perhaps only early in the morning or late in the afternoon. We opted to stay at a campsite and take a taxi into town for €5.
A very bad experience. We came with a motorhome and were not allowed to park because they said it was too large and there was no room. But we could see other vehicles parked there.
Good place for the pedestrian zone. Guarded. 200 lek.
Considering that it is in the middle of the city and was therefore somewhat noisy, it was great. The parking attendants were amazing! €4 for 24 hours. Do not use Google for directions; use Park4Night!
Convenient parking because it is close to the center; we chose it for that reason, as we had to leave at 7 a.m. for an excursion to the Shala River. Two stars deducted because it is complicated to reach—the GPS devices do not seem to know all the one-way streets; it was noisy until late at night; and there are no toilets nearby at night, as the mosque closes in the evening.
Do not come with a larger motorhome!
Not suitable for a van. Everything is very tight. Google sent us the wrong way down a one-way street.
Not accessible to large vehicles, such as a 7-meter motorhome. Cars are parked everywhere, often double-parked, and we scraped the vehicle while trying to leave these streets. I do not recommend it except for a van.
Very well-located and guarded parking area. No services. Ideal for visiting the city. €3 for the night. A little noisy early in the evening.
Right in the centre. Also close to the pick-up point for the Koman Ferries (2 minute walk). I uploaded a picture on how to get to the parking. The crosses are one-way roads and you can not enter there. Follow the small marked way next to the pedestrian street.
Warning: narrow entrance, and the exit is a one-way street. The street is packed with parked cars. Maximum size is a VW bus. Otherwise, a great place. 300 lek for 24 hours. Large motorhomes should park at the parking area by the mosque.
I highly recommend it! €3 for 24 hours, with a guard who stays all night and is very friendly. We only planned to stay a few hours to visit, but ultimately felt comfortable and safe, so we spent the night. Very central! If you park next to the Elita restaurant, you can get Wi-Fi; the password is Elita2022. Otherwise, the only noise is the mosque at 6:30 a.m., but it did not bother us.
perfect spot. very cheap (3€ per day) and wifi from the restaurant. dont use google maps to find it though. it doesnt know the streets
