Too beautiful for just a stopover! We stayed for one night at the peaceful campsite with exceptionally large pitches. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very suitable for one night or more, even with a late arrival—just call ahead and let them know. We were still welcomed very warmly after 10 p.m.! We will definitely come back!Translating
very good price for a beautifully situated campsite. sites are large, grassy with lots of trees right next to the river. the facilities are old and need some attention but are serviceable. there's a boulangerie 10min walk away. very friendly and welcoming.
Wonderful and peaceful, with a warm welcome. The owner has a little place to eat where you can sit as you should at a campsite. Shower and toilet are fine. Excellent value for money. We would love to return!Translating
We were nine cycling campers from Normandy and were warmly welcomed by the campsite manager. A lovely little campsite; meals are available on request. We highly recommend this friendly little campsite. The Normans from CCN.Translating
Beautiful green campsite with lots of shade, located by the river. Swimming is not possible because of the current. Friendly welcome and everything is tidy. Apart from some barking dogs, it is quiet.Translating
The warm welcome from the owner alone deserves five stars and almost makes you feel guilty when you only stop here for one night while passing through.Translating
Excellent location by the river and 15 minutes from the bakery. Quiet atmosphere and a friendly welcome in English. Older but adequate sanitary facilities. Great value for money. Drinks and a few meals are available on site. Washing machine, dishwashing area, and gray- and black-water disposal available. Plenty of space by the beautiful river, with benches too. Swimming is prohibited by the town.Translating
Welcoming and shady! For anyone who enjoys rougail sausage, this campsite is for you. The owner also offers canoe trips on the Vienne. We will return.Translating
Closed due to flooding, probably until June.Translating
A fairly nice little campsite; a bit more maintenance would be good. Very quiet, friendly manager.Translating
Although I arrived late at 9:30 p.m. without booking, I was still welcomed very warmly. Many thanks! Beautiful location directly by a large river and very quiet. Dogs are very welcome.Translating
Very disappointing. The price does not match the services. Maintenance of the pitches is almost nonexistent. Brambles encroach on the spaces. The waste-disposal area is not signposted and is not maintained. The exterior needs much more upkeep.Translating
A very beautiful small campsite with extremely nice owners. Toni gave us a warm welcome, and even in August the site was relatively empty. The pitches are large and separated by hedges. Large old trees provide shade. The sanitary facilities are somewhat dated, but that did not bother us. Direct access to the river is great for dogs!Translating
Grassy pitches with shade and separated by hedges, providing greater privacy. Access to a river. The rest of the facilities are very basic. Showers and toilets are unisex. The bathrooms need repairs because they are outdated, and they could be cleaner.Translating
Small family campsite. The managers are very attentive and kind, and they provide meals on site: rougail sausage, pizza, fries, etc. Impeccable sanitary facilities, motorhome and cassette disposal. One motorhome, electricity, two adults: €19 in July.Translating
A lovely, peaceful spot surrounded by nature! Very nice operators—we would gladly return. On the way to Spain, you can always find a place here at reasonable prices, even in high season.Translating
