Well-maintained campsite on Seine riverbank near Fontainebleau forest, 30 minutes by train from Paris. Large often-shaded pitches accommodate vehicles up to 8 m long and 3.5 m high. Covered heated pool open 11:00–20:00, children's play area, new clean sanitary buildings. Station is 900 m (1.5 km by some accounts) away. Off-season prices from €15/motorhome; summer rates higher.

Very good welcome, well maintained, well organized and quiet for vehicle servicing, without forgetting the clean and well-maintained facilities.Translating
Very nice campsite with a pool, sports facilities and large, often shady pitches. Excellent location: Paris can be reached by train in about 30 minutes, and Barbizon is also nearby. I especially want to highlight the friendly welcome and the warm, helpful staff. I would even give it a sixth star!Translating
The campsite is easy to access even with a large vehicle (8 m long and 3.50 m high). Friendly and professional welcome. If you are planning to visit Paris, ask reception for a Navigo pass; at the station, load a day pass, which gives you access to the train, metro and buses in Paris. We will return.Translating
Quite spacious pitches. The children's play area is really great and unusual.Translating
Hello, top campsite, everything is perfect. Thank you, we will return.Translating
We wanted to book for the same day through the booking link, but it showed as full. We went there and found plenty of available spaces. The campsite is rarely full. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the play area. There are many families. The new toilet block was very clean, with paper and soap. The pool only opens in May. Lovely bike rides.Translating
Great place, completely stress-free. New facilities building, spacious showers and absolutely clean. Melun station is about 900 m away. Thirty minutes to Gare de Lyon, then 30 minutes on foot to Notre-Dame along the Seine. Melun itself is not really worth seeing.Translating
Staff weren’t the friendliest. Facilities are basic but clean. We were £56 for two nights in September, small camper, 2 adults. We were told the snack bar was open at 7, waited til opening to be told by the same staff member they only had burgers & chips (not sure why they couldn’t tell us that in the first instance). We took the train to Paris, 20 minute walk to the train station then ~40 minutes
Very nice site. We paid €56 for two nights (two adults, three children and one motorhome). The pool is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The bread-roll service is very good. It is a 1.5 km walk to the station, from where it is 30 minutes directly into Paris. Saturday has a very good market in Melun.Translating
Great campsite, nice staff, clean facilities and very close to Melun. We were there in the off-season and could choose any pitch. We liked it and would gladly return! (Prices: €7 per person + €15 for one motorhome in the off-season.)Translating
Lovely and welcoming campsite; the owners are very helpful and kind. In the morning, fresh croissants and baguettes are available if ordered the day before. The 30-minute walk from the station is tiring after a day of sightseeing, and after 10 p.m. the train is replaced by a bus that takes an hour. Recommended for anyone wanting to visit Paris by camper.Translating
Very good campsite, with a pool, small shop and pizzeria. We paid €60 per day for a trailer with four people, including electricity, grey-water disposal and bathrooms with hot water. The only detail is that the bathrooms are a little old, but very clean.Translating
We arrived here while passing through, shortly before reception closed. Very friendly welcome. Fine craft beer, ham and butter, and bread-roll service available. The new showers were inviting after a long drive. We would gladly return.Translating
We ended up here by chance because the place we had chosen was a disaster. Luckily, the pitches were level. Pool, nice pitches and a friendly welcome. We are very satisfied ❤️Translating
Beautiful campsite with large pitches. New and clean facilities. Ideal for visiting nearby Vaux-le-Vicomte. Paris is close. The price is high for the services, and the welcome is very impersonal. Very good for one or two nights.Translating
Very large campsite with good pitches. Very close to the town center. Full services.Translating
Lovely small family-run campsite. We were warmly welcomed and given precise instructions on the best way to get to Paris. We particularly liked the clean showers in what is presumably the new facilities building.Translating
Great location. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the station. A €5 ticket gets you right into Paris. The grounds are nice. The showers and toilets are dirty, old and need more regular cleaning. Doesn’t feel like enough care is given to this part of the campground. It was quiet when we stayed, it would be horrible with more people. It would be so easy to become a 5-star if they cared.
Very convenient for going to Paris, but the campsite is also very expensive. The dated facilities need renovation. Good pool, and bread can be ordered at reception. Welcome was okay and Wi-Fi was good.Translating
Pleasant campsite and good welcome. The drawback is the price: two adults, one dog and electricity cost €47 per night, which is a little expensive—€15 for the pitch, €10 per adult, €6 for electricity, plus tourist tax. In high season and close to Paris, perhaps that explains the price? ACSI card accepted; worth checking outside high season.Translating
Relaxed atmosphere, mainly thanks to the many Olympic fans. The trip to Paris works wonderfully. From Melun station, the regional R train runs nonstop to Gare de Lyon. From there, everything is accessible by metro. What we did not like about the site was the insufficient number of facilities. It is best to stock up the fridge beforehand, as reception has little selection.Translating
Interesting campsite because of its location for getting to Paris (30 minutes by RER). Very international clientele. Moderately friendly welcome.Translating
Near river. Spacious flat plots. Pool on site was welcome. Fresh baguette in the morning. Good location for Vaux le Vicomte visit.
