Quiet parking, evening crowds

We spent one night here from Sunday to Monday. Everything was quiet. Many other campers, but also ordinary cars.

Very narrow streets to drive through. The parking area is next to a football field and becomes very busy in the evening. Therefore I think you are more likely to inconvenience the local residents here, and it did not feel comfortable staying. This is just a feeling; nobody spoke to us. Walking distance from the center, but later we drove the camper to a larger parking area. More suitable for small vans.

Despite being a jam packed parking lot in a city, it was exceptionally quiet. Very peaceful night.

Spent a night from 7 PM to 7 AM to visit Muggia and transit to Slovenia the following day. Many cars parked at the parking lot, but still available spots. One row of parking is marked as maximum stay 3 hours. The final road to reach the parking is slim due to cars parked on both side. 5 minutes to the boarder of Slovenia. Beautiful to stroll around Muggia.

Excellent place to rest for one night and visit the city for free. We stayed from 10 p.m. until 10 in the morning; nobody said anything to us and there was not much passing traffic. There are bins where you can throw away rubbish, but no other services.

We stayed one night while heading to Slovenia. Quiet place without services, good as a stopping point for one night.

Simple parking area. We took the ferry to Trieste. The neighborhood initially seemed rough, but everyone was very friendly. However, be careful: there is currently construction work there, and it will be noisy from the morning.

We stayed one night and visited Trieste from here. A boat goes from the port of Muggia to Trieste. The place is ideal for parking and spending the night. There is no traffic on the small road at night. We had a very quiet night. We did not use the parking disc.
