A free, flat motorhome area for 10 vehicles in a quiet hill village, with water, dumping facilities, barbecue, picnic tables and a pleasant valley view. The maintenance area is rustic, and tap water may initially appear brown before running clear. A river beach with toilets is 100 m away, a mini-market is 300 m away, and the village approach has narrow sections unsuitable for large campers.

Perfect place for the night; it feels like being in nature. Local people gave us cherries they had just picked. The bell tower rings beautifully, but not at night. The facilities are basic but effective.
Quiet place with a pleasant view. The maintenance area could be improved; it is rather rustic.
Nice quiet park up in the middle of the mountains . very quiet, great nights sleep. Very tidy services.
Beautiful place in a valley. Almost no damage in the surroundings from the 2026 Winter storms or previous wild fires. Water from the tap was first brownish but turned clear after running it for a few minutes.
Great place!! Finding it: the address & coordinates are wrong for GoogleMaps. Use “casa do povo” Conhais or “parque do autocaravanas” which now comes up as well. I car camped (solo female w/dog in smart4) & felt safe. There was 1 RV. A great grass area, tables, bbq, & running water. Potable???? Yes, there are dogs barking through the night (not close) & church bells—this is Portugal!
Very clean area, water and waste disposal; the rest is still to come. Thanks to the municipality. But some village dog owners should educate their dogs, because at night we had to endure a permanent concert of barking. Extremely irritating!!! We will not spend another night here under these conditions. What a shame.
We liked it a lot. Free caravan park with clean water, waste disposal, barbecue and dishwashing sink. Peaceful. Friendly village where we felt welcome; it only has two cafés/grocery shops.
Very new, spacious place with good facilities. Water and waste disposal working well. The view is very good and the location quite peaceful. Barbecues and a table right next to the park.
We could not find the place. The navigation system obviously sent us via a shortcut, and we ended up in extremely narrow lanes with our 6-meter campervan and had to turn back, so be careful!
Parking overlooking the valley, beautiful view. Services okay. A little too brightly lit at night. Church bells start ringing at 7 a.m.
Beautiful place, quiet village, views of the surrounding mountains. With picnic tables and a barbecue. The village has a narrow entrance and is not suitable for large motorhomes.
Unobstructed view of the mountain and complete peace and quiet. Everything you need to recharge after an excursion in the mountains.
Tranquility, serenity and silence. Access in the village center may be somewhat difficult for very large campers. No problem up to 7 meters/3.5 tons!
Many thanks to the municipality for this good place. We spent the weekend here and felt very comfortable.
Hello. An excellent location. Good views and surroundings. There is a service area with black- and gray-water disposal. Water supply. Close to a river beach for summer.
