This is a designated, quiet motorhome parking area beside a stream near the water castle. It has 10 shaded green spaces and another 20 spaces on asphalt, with both sunny and shaded positions. The castle is only a few steps away, and Chemnitz is about 12 km by bicycle. No supply or disposal facilities are available.

Nice place, although there are no disposal facilities or similar. Both shady and sunny spots are available, with a great view of the water castle and golf course. During the open-air season, there is different background music every day, free of charge.
We were there at Pentecost 2026. Quiet location. Depending on where you stand, it ranges from excellent to just okay. You should be self-sufficient. The water castle is within walking distance. Chemnitz is very pleasant to reach by bicycle via cycle paths, about 12 km.
Nice motorhome parking area by a small river in quiet surroundings and not far from a train station. Many thanks to the municipality. Please refrain from camping behavior.

Excellent parking spot for the night after a concert. On arrival, you do have to pay the usual €5, unless you probably arrive early enough that you do not have to. Otherwise, everything is kept very clean and you can enjoy the peace and quiet.

Great place! You can reach the castle within a few minutes and enjoy a pleasant walk. The night was very quiet. There should be more places like this. Closed from today, August 8, 2025, at 8 a.m., probably because of an event or something similar.

Great no-frills motorhome parking area. It is just a parking area, right by the water castle. The train station is directly on site; the C11 takes you to the center in 30 minutes.
Quiet place. Currently, it cannot be accessed from Neukirchen because of a road closure; only via Harthau.
