Playground parking, no dumping

This is mainly a playground in an area of blocks of flats. Drinking water is for watering the area, from a tap with a green pipe or tube. Mothers chatting with children may look at you suspiciously, but this is public parking and nothing forbidden is being done. Do not empty your bins here.
