A free parking area for vans and small campers near Palmanova’s centre, a green area and a children’s playground. Day and night parking is possible, with plenty of space, some midday shade and room for dogs. Nights are consistently reported as very quiet, while buses use the front section, so parking farther back is preferable.

We spent the night. Very peaceful and quiet, with no noise. A playground is next to it, and there is plenty of greenery for dogs to play.
Fine for a short stop; we stayed overnight and it was quiet.
Buses stop right at the front, so it is best to fill up from the rear. Otherwise, a great free parking area, with shade at midday. We did not feel that we were bothering anyone by staying here.
Excellent location, super quiet. We slept one night from Saturday to Sunday and you could not hear a thing!
Parking alongside the road; it is preferable to go another 200 or 300 meters farther. Very quiet at night, with no noise. The town center is 250 meters away. A fortified town worth visiting.
For a break, this is a good place. We had lunch under the trees. You can park all along the street. You can go farther than the GPS point; left or right is the same, as the town is circular. I don't know about staying overnight.
