Free beach parking, quiet nights

A beautiful, long beach with crystal-clear water and fine white sand. We spent two quiet nights here. The only downside is the unpaved access road, which gets very dusty. Everything else was great—it's a wonderful feeling to wake up right next to the beach. Parking is free.

Great place; in the first half of June there were quite a lot of campers. Some park in the designated area, others along the beach; the police drove by and had no problem with it. New and clean toilets for beachgoers are available. During the day there are many cars and people; at night only campers remain—quiet and peaceful, and we felt safe.✦Translating

Free parking right by the beach. The beach is great and it wasn’t too crowded. Spent a quiet night here. There are also public toilets and trashcans. The path to come here is a dirt road but it’s in very good condition, had no trouble at all with a 7m van

Wonderful place! We were the only ones parked in the designated car park. Only two other campers were parked up front behind the dunes near the sea. The sunrise in the morning was glorious ☀️ At 9:00, the Carabinieri slowly drove past without comment.✦Translating

We slept along the beach. Out of season, this seems to be tolerated. Very peaceful night. Very convenient before or after taking the ferry.✦Translating

Wonderful camper spot directly in front of the beach. We were not in the official car park but directly in front of the dunes. We spent a relaxing night here. The municipal officers (?!) drove past several times and cheerfully greeted us. In the morning, a vendor came and sold oil, Parmesan, salami, wine, and cheese.✦Translating

Beautiful spot. Very peaceful, clam ocean, some cows come by to say hello and in the evening a flock of flamingos flew over. Please park in de parking lot not next to the sea and take your trash. Keep this place clean. Police drove by but alsnog as no camping behavior and parked in the parking all good. Enjoy

Very nice place by the wonderful sea. We spent one night there. No problem, you just should not leave camping equipment outside. We will definitely return.✦Translating

At first I was a little confused because the supposed parking strip was covered with no-entry and no-stopping signs every 50 metres. But a little farther back there is a designated car park. We stayed there with nine vans/motorhomes in total. We had a quiet night and went swimming first thing in the morning. One star deducted for the many algae on the beach and the view of the industrial facilities in Porto Torres.✦Translating

The police checked today (9 October). Some people still do not understand what camping means. Parking too close to the grass strips (dunes) causes trouble. Leaving things there also causes trouble. Chairs on the beach are okay. It ended with warnings. Otherwise, a very nice place with 10 motorhomes spaced far apart.✦Translating

Spot with sunrise and no road noise at all. Toilets available during the bar's opening hours for €0.50. A one-minute shower costs €1, also near the bar. Last night the police came at 7:30 p.m. to ask us to put away everything outside the van, but we were still allowed to stay in the car park. We spent the night here today. There were about nine campers. There are bins on the beach, toilets costing €0.50, and paid showers. The beach is nice. Some police drove by in the morning. They were probably checking that nobody had chairs set up in front of their campers.✦Translating

Park directly on the beach. Great even with small children; busier during the day, but wonderfully quiet at night. A great place to stay if you do not need anything. We arrived yesterday (12 September); overnight parking with many large motorhomes was no problem. Beach bar open until 4:30 p.m. if you need food, drinks, toilets, or beach showers.

I was here today... completely overcrowded... I did not like it at all! We moved on!

Peaceful gravel area for parking and sleeping; there were many motorhomes. The downside is that the beach is full of algae and unusable, which is a shame.

Excellent spot for sleeping in a van. Very quiet, bar toilets cost €0.50. The only downside is that if you do not have mosquito screens, you risk filling the van with gnats.

Nice seaside car park; during the day it is full of cars, but toward evening it empties completely. Camping is always prohibited, but in the evening nobody causes problems.

The only large free gravel parking area open to campers along Ezzi Mannu toward Albanella, 10 metres from the sea, where you can also spend the night while respecting the camping prohibition. Unfortunately, the view of nearby Porto Torres ruins all the poetry, and there is a lot of rubbish left by mass tourism. It is full of people in August. Token-operated shower at the bar: 90 cents per minute.
