A large parking lot at the village entrance, suitable for overnight stays and near a bar-grocery store. Food is available at the cafe-shop, and hiking routes including PR 7 Cerro Abaixo and GR13 Via Algarviana start nearby. A public bathroom and shower are 120m west, while the entrance water tap is padlocked and unusable.

Good parking area for an overnight stay and as a starting point for the PR 7 Cerro Abaixo circular walk. You can also eat at the café/shop; it is not compulsory.
Large parking area. Water tap at the entrance, padlocked and impossible to use. Another place to spend the night: 500 metres before entering the village, arriving from the south, take a gravel path downhill towards a pond. There is a picnic area a little farther on. Turning around is possible. Go slowly at the start of the path; after that there is no difficulty. Three spaces in total.
