Alresford Rd, SO21 1HL, Winchester
Been here?
This is a modern, well-organised campsite opened in early 2023, with spacious pitches and very clean facilities. It is expensive, with one report of £50 per night midweek in April for non-members. The site has new showers and toilets, dog-walking areas and service points, but strict rules are applied. Winchester is 4 km away, with a nearby bus stop and a planetarium 600 m away.

Very commercial campsite. Not friendly. I only wanted to empty my chemical toilet because they had no space left, but they charged £35.
This was a super Campsite very organised and super clean Quick cycle into Winchester really good
The reception was very friendly and the site was new, clean, and well maintained. There are strict rules. Bus stop to Winchester nearby. Nothing more is offered for the hefty price.
Most horrible experience I ever had. I am the owner of a campsite myself, I am a professional in the tourist business. What happened to us is absolutely unacceptable. (we arrived 4 minutes too late, he refused to let us in. Before driving further, my wife needed to go to the toilet, acces refused !!!). We left the place, feeling very unwelcome
Waste disposal and supplies are unfortunately only possible if you stay overnight. No access to the campsite until 1:00 p.m. The staff were not very helpful.
New Campsite, very clean / modern facilities. Nice lay out. But very expensive. £50 a night midweek April (non members). Couple of dog walking areas and a few service areas etc. One washer/dryer with no instructions (our cycle took 2 hours!). Nothing really in walking distance. Staff are nice, but yet quite OTT with the rules, we saw them a number of times pacing out peoples awnings etc.
Very welcoming clean nice views great place.
Very nice and new facilities on site. Just all around very neatly organized. Traffic on the nearby roundabout can be loud. The provided wifi is a joke, the free one is basically unusable and the 5£ paid option kept throwing me out.
Campsite with mainly campers and caravans. Not cosy enough for our liking and road noises when camping at the upper field. Showers and toilets very new and clean though, which was nice.
Pleasant and very well-maintained campsite, spacious pitches, new and very clean sanitary facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Not a member. For four people (2+2), we paid about £58 for one night. Sanitary facilities new and clean.
Beautifully laid out. Very clean. Be sure to mention the Camping Key Europe card. We paid £36 instead of the normal price of £56.
