This guarded parking lot has barrier-controlled access and is about ten minutes on foot from Ulcinj’s old town. Parking is charged by the hour, with a recent report of €3 for 2h40, while Sundays may be free when the barriers are open. It is suitable for vehicles up to 6 Meter. The lot can be very busy.

We parked there on a Sunday because a storm was raging by the sea. We had an excellent night. It is free on Sundays, and the barrier was open. It was 8:30 p.m. However, the next day when we left at 8:15 a.m., because we did not have a ticket (how were we supposed to know we needed one when the barrier was open?), instead of paying the €2 due, the employee, who was not at all pleasant, made us pay €5. No real explanation! Twenty minutes’ walk from the old town; nothing interesting in the city centre. Avoid it and park at the foot of the ramparts, where it is free as well!
Very good parking area for visiting the city. The man at reception is very friendly. We paid three euros for 2 hours and 40 minutes on site.

It now costs €1 per hour. The parking area opens regardless of whether there is still space available. We were lucky—it was very full.
