Daytime lake parking, construction noise

This place is regularly visited by municipal police. There is a new set of regulations posted at the entrance. At the moment, parking is allowed only up to the first bin. Parking on the concrete slabs where we stayed for several months in total is no longer allowed, under threat of a fine. A change for the worse, because there are now very few such beautiful wild-camping places left in Krakow.✦Translating

Over a bumpy road you get close to the lake, where you can swim perfectly. You can park the camper anywhere. There are no facilities. Six kilometers from Krakow's old center, easily reachable by bike.✦Translating

A place that is not too busy in warm weather where you can still take a lovely swim. It has no beach, but you can easily enter the water. The parking area has some large potholes, but with care any camper can get through.✦Translating

Quiet parking area. Frequent police patrols. We slept two nights without any problems. Rough road, but a concrete slab for parking. Tram 72 on the bridge, direct for visiting central Warsaw. Get off at Wawel, opposite the castle and cathedral.✦Translating

Quiet at night, Dog walkers, swimmers and mountain bikers at day time. Few other campers. Lovely lake for a swim. Maybe 5km from the city by bike.

Great place, we spent a couple of quiet nights and visit Krakow by bycicle as you can reach the center in about 20/30 minutes. Also close to tram station about 10 min walk. So close to the lake with several spots to enter in the water and swim. Very safe place, the police passes by several times a day, and in the afternoon they also take some coffee breaks there :-) 100% recommended

Great. Tram into the city 5–10 minutes on foot (4 zloty per person in coins!!!). Can confirm what everyone writes: lots of police presence, but they are not interested in campers. Nice and quiet at night, and you can jump into the lake next door.✦Translating

We arrived in the night and the 1st impression was an unsafe place, but we spent a peaceful night, we did not see any suspicious activity. The day after we saw twice within 3 hours the police patrolling (but they did not tell anything to the campers), probably they patrol in the night as well. Downtown is 20 minutes by bike. After a hot day in Krakow we got refreshment bathing on the lake.

At first it did not seem like a nice place to me. Then I saw other campers and the lake, so we stayed for two nights. Very beautiful lake with a beach and children's park 15 minutes away on foot, and a tram to the center 10 minutes away on foot. During the day, the police pass by several times.✦Translating

Excellent spot for day trips to Krakow by bike (15 minutes) or public transport. Fishermen and walkers pass by and park, but it did not bother us. Lovely swimming lake!✦Translating

We also stayed here for 3 nights and used the good connection to the city (tram 6) and to the salt mine (train directly under the bridge). During the day there are many joggers, anglers and water-sports enthusiasts (wakeboard facility), but the nights were quiet and security came by occasionally, so we could comfortably leave the car alone during the day. Perfect for visiting Krakow, accessible by tram in 20 minutes. Parking area for walks and close to the lake, very popular with locals in summer. The night was very quiet.✦Translating

It is great to have spots like this when visiting a large city. We slept here for 3 nights. Getting into the city is easy with tram 6. There was quite a lot of activity because it was midsummer and people came to cool off by the lake and walk their dogs.✦Translating

There is plenty of space; on a weekday it is free. There is a water tap 800 meters away—check the app. Police pass by occasionally, and locals come for walks. Two nights for visiting Krakow were excellent. The access road to the parking area is badly damaged, with many potholes, but the parking area itself is asphalted. Free.✦Translating
