A quiet riverside wild spot with attractive sunsets and sunrises, but recent access is difficult. Low branches can scrape vehicles up to 2.70 m high, and the track has large puddles, especially after rain. The area can flood and has many mosquitoes.

With a Jumper (2.70 m high), the branches scrape the roof. Large, deep puddles on the road. Quiet but flood-prone area (sand and pebbles carried by the river have accumulated there), and above all, enormous numbers of mosquitoes at this time of year. A nightmare for an overnight spot. We had to eat inside in a muggy atmosphere. Breakfast at sunrise was much more pleasant.
Access is via the SP11, heading south. Shortly after the roundabout, a road branches off to the right. The access road is quite wet, with large puddles; you must not slow down! There are many low branches. I have a Peugeot 807 with a Quechua tent (2.3 m overall), and I think it would be difficult with a large motorhome. Otherwise, it is very quiet and pleasant, but insect repellent is essential!
