A modern parking area beside the canal, away from the city centre, with a nearby bar and restaurant. The entrance has a 2.10m height barrier, and the toilets are open during the day only. It is generally pleasant and clean, but a noisy gathering disturbed the night between 2am and 4am.

The parking area is well located and quite pleasant. But some people came to have a party between 2 and 4 a.m., making quite a lot of noise and using balloons. Toilets open during the day only.
