This is a flat roadside picnic area beside a ruin, with a spectacular view over the Bastia lagoon. At the end of December, very few vehicles use the road. It accommodates a maximum of 3/4 campers.

It is a level lay-by on the road next to a ruin, but at the end of December hardly any traffic passes on the road and the view of the Gulf of Bastia is spectacular. We had breakfast after getting off the ferry—a textbook sunrise. Maximum 3 or 4 campers.
But it is a lay-by on the road! There is no shade or peace...
