Been here?
Sikia Camping is a terraced, shaded campsite directly beside the sea, with sea-view pitches, a beach with showers and a bus to Volos outside. It offers a restaurant, mini-market, barbecue, refrigerator, gas, washing machine, modern sanitary facilities and clean, well-maintained services. Nearby villages Kato Gatzea and Kala Nera provide additional restaurants, while the site itself has very good Greek food. Recent reports praised the cleanliness and staff, but noted steps between terraces, weak Wi-Fi and prices of €36, €30 or €27 for different pitch arrangements.

Perfect campsite right by a beautiful, clean sea. Helpful staff, very clean facilities. For older people, something to consider: it is terraced and has stairs. Otherwise, highly recommended.
The campsite is run very professionally. The pitches are shaded under olive trees and supplemented with awnings; each pitch has electricity and water connections, and there is a shared disposal point for gray water. Since the campsite has several terrace levels, the motorhomes do not block each other’s views. Toilets, showers, a baby-changing area, laundry, and dishwashing facilities—everything necessary is available, and everywhere is truly spotless.
This is a wonderful camping.you will have everything that you need.I want especially to thank to mme Sofia and her wonderful staff
A wonderful campsite! We chose not to use the ACSI pitches but one with a lovely sea view (€36 per night). At the far end there is also a wonderful little bay for swimming with a shower. Beautiful sanitary facilities, although there is basically only one block, so it can be a bit of a walk. Many pitches have awnings, which is nice. Definitely recommended!
Friendly staff and a very good restaurant. Terraced pitches of different sizes. The ACSI pitches were not attractive enough for us, so we had a non-ACSI pitch at a higher price (€30). Even in the low season it was well occupied. In high season it is probably too crowded and noisy. The small beach area is a family bathing area. At the upper end there is another small, somewhat secluded swimming cove.
Beautiful campsite with sea-view pitches shaded by olive and eucalyptus trees. New and spotlessly clean sanitary facilities! Very courteous and helpful staff; the food in the tavern by the sea is exquisite!
Good campsite with excellent sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, the panoramic-view pitches described on ACSI are not available with the ACSI card. ACSI price €27. Wi-Fi is very poor, and direct internet access is also poor.
Very nice terraced campsite. Friendly operators who also speak German. Excellent sanitary facilities and a well-stocked minimarket. You can also buy their own olive oil there, which is served in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is delicious. We will return. Absolutely recommended!
There is not much more to add to the previous reviews. By far the most beautiful and best campsite of our trip through Greece. Everything clean, everything excellent, beautiful pitches, an outstanding restaurant, and friendly people. Absolutely recommended.
A very well-maintained campsite, very friendly operators, new and very clean sanitary facilities, and pitches with a dreamlike sea view. Two villages with tavernas are very close, as well as a restaurant and well-stocked minimarket on site. Absolutely recommended!
Everything is fine, well organized, and constantly clean. About half the plots have sea view thanks to terraces. Lovely old olive trees and eucalyptus give shade. Roomy modern showers. lovely. Almost 100% german and dutch camping+cars.
A very, very beautiful place. And therefore also very popular! Recommended to reserve in advance.
A very beautiful and well-maintained campsite. The sanitary facilities appear to be new and were very well designed. There is also access to a beautiful beach, as well as a taverna and minimarket.
Wonderful terraced campsite with spacious pitches. Beautiful hikes to Milies, where you can eat deliciously in the village square, and along the route of the little Pelion mountain train.
Only stayed for one night. Too busy for us. But excellent facilities and warm welcome.
Very good site, clean, fresh, shop, taverna, adj to beach, swimming great for kids, will come again
A place with everything you could wish for. Thanks to the terraces, many pitches have a sea view. Very beautifully laid out and well maintained. New sanitary facilities and showers like a spa. There is also a beautiful beach with wonderful water. Oh, and there is a restaurant and minimarket too.
Everything first-class. Friendly reception. One pitch more beautiful than the next—if you have a choice, you have a difficult decision. Everything is available in the minimarket. The restaurant is also highly recommended, in a prime location on the beach.
A truly beautiful place. The sanitary facilities are all new and top quality. The restaurant has moderate prices, and the shop sells local products. Very child-friendly and suitable for swimming thanks to its location in this bay. Absolutely friendly operators. You simply feel comfortable and welcome. We will come again and again. Thank you.
Wonderful campsite among old olive trees. Very friendly staff. Immaculate sanitary facilities. I recommend it!
Perfect place, sanitary facilities very clean and cleaned several times a day, very friendly welcome, German and English are definitely spoken, and bread rolls are available by order. Unfortunately, the restaurant is currently closed. It was very good and had fair prices. This is our second visit.
Very clean camp, very friendly hosts, the beach is small and narrow, but in September it was not very crowded, so there was no crowd on the beach. There is more than enough hot water. The restaurant has very reasonable prices and the food is delicious. I recommend visiting the surroundings and Mount Pelion
Absolutely nothing to criticize. Cleanliness, service, friendliness, pitches—terraced, providing more places with a great view of the bay—all 10/10. Even in October there is enough space on the beach.
Top campsite. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pitches with sea views, and sanitary facilities that leave nothing to be desired. The taverna right on the beach is also recommended.
Without many words: this campsite is perfect!
Beautiful camping, super clean and tidy and very friendly staff. Everything is well organised. Small and busy beach but clear water and welcoming restaurant with a real Greek atmosphere. The road is a bit noisy at night with some “trying to impress” motorbikes. Try to get a spot a bit closer to the beach. Bus stop to Volos close to the camping.
A wonderful campsite with a genuine feel-good atmosphere. We originally wanted to stay only a few days, but extended our stay because we liked it so much. This family-run site is very well maintained, the sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day, and the owners are friendly and helpful; many also speak German. The food in the taverna is delicious. The only minor drawback is that the beach is narrow and some fellow campers reserve spots for days with loungers and umbrellas despite barely being there—but the operators cannot be blamed for that, so we are not deducting a star.
Great family campsite with restaurant and extremely clean facilities. Small beach with crystal water
€28 for 2 people plus a car with a pop-up roof, and €7 for the washing machine (you get a washing pod, but I still find it “too” expensive). Otherwise, the site is really excellent; we thought the restaurant was okay. As mentioned, the beach is very small and overcrowded. Unfortunately, it was very noisy at night because some people seem to think the site is the Golden Beach or Ballermann.
A beautiful campground, we were lucky to have a tree shaded pitch with privacy. Clean bathrooms, in good working order. The staff are helpful and very friendly. The beach is a bit small and very crowded, it is hard to find a place. Mini market with everything. We liked it very much here.
Very well organized, with an exclusive beach, although somewhat crowded. Excellent facilities and cleanliness. Recommended.
For us, the best campsite in Greece. Lovely beach by the sea, minimarket with extremely reasonable prices, restaurant with a beautiful view and very tasty food. Impossibly clean and modern sanitary facilities, like in a hotel! The only downside was the end of our stay with the older woman, who clearly seemed to be having a bad day.
As soon as we arrived, we left! Terraced pitches but narrow, with the feeling of being surrounded by concrete; the beach is practically nonexistent and extremely crowded. Friendly staff, but perhaps this is not the right campsite for us.
A very well-equipped campsite right by the water, with extremely kind staff. A little complicated to access. Five-star sanitary facilities, but sometimes far too distant depending on where you are staying. Good value for money: €95 for two nights for three people with electricity. Pretty little cove, perhaps a little too small.
A wonderful campsite with large, shady pitches. The sanitary facilities are partly ultramodern and always in perfect condition. The staff are courteous and very friendly. There are many dishwashing areas, all in very good condition. The taverna offers a wide selection of delicacies at reasonable prices. This campsite is one of my favorites.
A wonderful campsite on a hillside. Very modern by Greek standards and, unusually, not run-down. We saw quite the opposite in the days before. The service is first-class, and help is provided quickly when needed. Only the beach is really crowded.
