A small, fairly level parking spot by the sea beside a bridge, with a picnic table, bench and small fire place. It is a good fishing spot, with direct ocean views between two hills. Some traffic passes during the day, while nights are calm. Work in the background has not been disruptive.

Nice view, picnic table nearby. A bit of traffic during day but calm during night. Between two hills next to road with direct view of ocean. Opposite side of bridge is a recycling area.
We stayed here and had two lovely days, excellent views, and the road noise did not bother us. A car passes about every half hour. There was no sign of rubbish anywhere.
The site is too close to the main road, very noisy, and used as a dumping ground for rubbish. Not recommended.
