Free, safe parking close to Argostoli, with some shaded spaces and room for longer campers, although the entrance may be tight. Overnight stays are possible, and nights are generally quiet with little road noise. A supermarket is next door, while the city centre is 5-10 minutes away on foot along the sea. Turtles can be seen from the De Bosset Bridge in the morning.

We parked here and stayed overnight. Plenty of free spaces in the evening. Supermarket next door. A few minutes into town for shopping and restaurants. We spent a quiet night here. In the morning you can observe turtles on the De Bosset Bridge.
We parked and walked into town, 5–10 minutes away. The route ran directly along the sea opposite. In the evening there were enough free parking spaces, also suitable for longer campers, although the entrance could be tight. The night was quiet and we barely noticed the road. The place is illuminated throughout and partly shaded by large trees.

Parked here in the evening, very close to town, was free and no height barrier - you’d probably get away with camping overnight if you’re self sufficient
