Overnight stays are forbidden, and police have required vehicles to leave at 11pm. A nearby beach has toilets and showers, but they are not always open.

Here, opposite the tattoo and surf shop, there is Matadouro Beach. It has toilets and a shower, which are not always open. There is no vehicle access; parking is on the upper side of the national road.
great for day parking, close to town. forbidden to stay overnight though, the police checked in on us at 11pm, so we left.

Very noisy, next to a huge street in the middle of everything. its better to drive to a little street in the residential area...
