Free pitches, pool closed

Quiet and clean aire. We were the only ones here and had a peaceful night on one of the 4 generous hardstanding pitches. The pay as you go electricity is still out of order. Plenty of bins in the car park. Great free stopover. ✦Translating

Unfortunately, the place is starting to deteriorate. The electricity post has been out of order for some time, the pool is closed—it was supposed to be renovated, but no work is being done—and the DLRG building is closed. The parking area and park behind the pool are becoming a gathering place for loitering youths and tough kids with noisy cars. Hopefully things will change in the future.✦Translating

We had perfect internet reception here with Telekom. The electricity meter is currently defective. What a shame.✦Translating

Actually a dream spot, almost in the middle of nowhere with electricity, but poor internet reception—Vodafone and Telekom are virtually nonexistent. What a shame, I had to drive on.✦Translating

A beautiful place. The adjacent outdoor pool is being renovated in 2025 and is closed. During my stop, a youth camp with an evening disco was taking place in the adjacent meadow, so I drove on after two hours.✦Translating

Not even worth one star anymore. We used to really enjoy making stopovers there and spending time in the beautiful village. For over a week, a large family has settled there with six vehicles. A washing machine is standing among them—where does the wastewater go? Where are faeces emptied? The residents have already complained to the town. Apparently nobody is doing anything about it. Such a shame.✦Translating

Many thanks for this excellent place with electricity. We arrived in pouring rain, and there was still credit on the electricity posts. We were happy to use it, as we had left credit at our previous place too. We spent a very quiet night. A lamp was lit all night, so we felt safe. There was also a bin. There should be more places like this!✦Translating

Terrible place. We heard the road all night, and all night cars came with loud music, talking and loud laughter, and car doors opening and closing. Apparently a hangout for young people at night....✦Translating

Four free spaces on paved ground, with four electricity points accepting coins from 10 cents to 2 euros; minimum payment 50 cents. We stayed outside the swimming season, so it was quiet. Downside: the unpaved road just before the motorhome area creates a lot of blowing sand when the wind is in the wrong direction. Do not empty tanks or toilets here in the corner of the site, and do not use it as a toilet spot, or this free place will soon be gone.✦Translating
