Legoland-Allee 3, 89312, Günzburg
Been here?
This campsite is directly beside Legoland, with free pitch choice, self check-in and clean, spacious sanitary facilities. Electricity, dumping, showers, toilets and WiFi are included, while washing machines and dryers are available. Restaurants, a bar, minigolf, bowling and many children’s play areas are on site, but there is no supermarket. The ground is extremely hard, long electrical cables may be needed, and the cassette-cleaning machines are currently out of service.

Campsite next to Legoland, clean, with reasonably sized pitches but extremely hard ground; reinforced or good-quality pegs are needed. There is no shop for camping supplies, the electrical hookups are not always nearby, and very long extension cables are needed. Relatively clean bathrooms nearby; there are restaurants, but book because they are often full.
Decent campsite right next to Legoland. Choose your own pitch, self check-in. Clean sanitary facilities. Bread sales and restaurants are unfortunately expensive. Grocery stores can be reached by bike or car in a few minutes.
We stayed for two nights, including admission to Legoland. The very clean and well-maintained washrooms deserve special mention. They were excellent! Pitches are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis; we had one in the shade. Legoland and Peppa Park are nearby. Peppa can be reached by bus, and Legoland has a separate entrance. Lots of playgrounds in the resort area; food in the themed restaurants is expensive.
We spent three nights here with admission to Legoland. The sanitary facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the park is easily reachable on foot or by bicycle. Free choice of pitch, very hard ground, though this was pointed out when booking. The restaurants are relatively expensive, but a pizzeria and a Burger King are about 10 minutes away by bicycle.
Nice site that fully serves its purpose... Bring leveling blocks and a long cable... Sanitary facilities clean and spacious... The cassette disposal machine is still broken, unfortunately... Otherwise really great and close to Legoland, with many playgrounds... Bring your own food; Legoland is expensive..
Great site for a multi-day visit to Legoland. There are also numerous playgrounds, attractions, and restaurants at reasonable prices in the area in front of the park. The pitches are very large, with electricity and sanitary facilities included. Do not forget leveling blocks, as some pitches are sloping and uneven. Entry and exit are easy and contactless. Reserve in advance! A clear recommendation!
Nice campsite for visiting Legoland. Large pitches with electricity and clean, pleasant bathrooms. Staff always available.
Hi, we spent three days at the campsite. Free choice of pitch. There are two sanitary buildings. The amusement park is easily reachable on foot. There are two camping cleaners, machines for emptying toilet cassettes, but they are currently out of service. There are enough playgrounds for the little ones in the holiday village. That means everyone has to empty their cassette into the ground drain. Other campsites have special rooms for this in the sanitary building. Pitches are separated by hedges and shrubs. Everything on the site is gravel. The dinner buffet was very tasty, though. We give it three stars.
Recommended; book if coming in August. You enter and look for a spot. The bathrooms are very good and clean. I have seen worse facilities for emptying wastewater. There are two machines that clean the cassette for €2, although the cleaning is not very thorough. You get up and the park is only a few minutes away.
Good campsite with access to all the parks and facilities in the Legoland hotel area. Highly recommended for spending a couple of days visiting the park. Washing machine and dryer are free, although it is difficult to find them available. We booked in advance to come in August. The children enjoyed it immensely, which is why we loved staying here.
The advantage is that it is on the Legoland site, with a lovely path through the trees to the park. The sanitary facilities are crowded morning and evening and not especially clean; I had to clean the shower myself every time before using it.
The only "plus" that camping is 10 minutes walk to Lagoland. Sanitary facilities are very dirty, not cleaned as much as it should be cleaned, the smell was very bad. Playground for kids are unusable, You need to go to other accomodation of Legoland to play, its not far, but You cant let kids go alone... Very dissapointing.
Very practical for a stay at Legoland. The park is a 10-minute walk away. From the campsite you can use all the playgrounds in the holiday village and hotels. If you have paid for two days' admission to Legoland, the campsite is almost free, so it is really worthwhile. Finding a pitch yourself was quick and uncomplicated. The sanitary facilities are functional and relatively clean, but constantly crowded.
Really great for visiting Legoland and a very attractive overnight option in terms of price! All the restaurants are of course accessible, and blackwater tank cleaning is free.
The site is very practical. But considering the price-performance ratio, it is excellent. With two days' admission to the park, we would already be paying the same as what we paid for everything together with two nights at the campsite. For us, it is the best and cheapest way to visit Legoland. We were there for the third time in October. The sanitary facilities have always been clean.
Actually a great site. -1 star because the cassette-cleaning machines are often broken. -1 star because free choice of pitch can lead to hours of waiting, as in our case, because nobody observes the check-out times.
The campsite is spotless; the showers and toilets are cleaned regularly, everything is extremely clean. It is in a holiday village, so we have access to numerous restaurants, parks, and playgrounds. Just to mention something—because it is very French to find a fault—a self-service laundry would be the icing on the cake.
The site is very practical for visiting Legoland. You can even get a pitch at the last minute (everything had been occupied or unavailable beforehand, but on Thursday I was able to book one night for Friday). Perhaps it was also due to the bad weather. Electricity is free, and with the voucher you can enter the site before 11 a.m. You can quickly go over to the motorhome for food or a break.
We were at the campsite at Legoland for the second time. Last year with a tent, this year with our T5 bus. The pitches are large, gravelled, and partly sloping. The washhouse was as clean as last year. The way to Legoland is not far, and the playgrounds in the holiday village are definitely recommended. We would gladly return!
September 14–15, 2024. Pleasant campsite, ideal for visiting the Lego amusement park, with a pitch more than large enough for a van and awning. Sanitary facilities very pleasant and clean. Attractive price including park admission; I recommend it for families. Minor drawback: the pitch was not very flat, but the leveling blocks did the job!
Electricity, washhouse, and disposal facilities available. Pitches are large and well located. You can reach the park quickly and the nice playgrounds.
Worth it if you are going to visit Legoland. There is a free automatic machine for cleaning toilet cassettes, but the facilities are insufficient for so many people. With peak use after the park closes, the shower water was cold. Noisy campsite.
We spent one night here while visiting Legoland. Gray water, electricity, showers, toilets, etc. are all included in the price. The pitch, showers, and toilets were very orderly and clean. You can choose your own pitch; the plots are close together, but for one to three nights while visiting Legoland, it is completely adequate. The restaurants are very tasty, and outside Legoland there are many options for children, such as playgrounds and attractions.
It is fine for visiting Legoland. We booked it because, by chance, we saw that one-day Legoland tickets cost €195, while two-day tickets including one night at the campsite and parking for both days, for two adults and two children, cost €205. It is about a 10-minute walk from Legoland. I do not recommend it if you are not visiting Legoland.
The site is okay for visiting the park. The washhouses and everything else were clean and perfectly adequate for the turnover. What is completely unacceptable are the only two machines for toilet cassettes. One is broken and the second is completely filthy. Legoland, please provide another disposal option for toilet cassettes.
