Quiet mountain parking, cold nights

Beautiful! Despite being relatively low in the valley, evening sun lasted until 7:45 p.m. (June 22). If you do not have a toilet on board, please bury your waste!✦Translating

This place is absolutely amazing! We stayed for two nights at this fantastic location. It's super safe and the best part is that it was nice and cool, especially since Aosta was scorching hot. I highly recommend it 100%.

Really spacious parking in a beautiful valley, beginning of the St. Bernard pass. When the pass is not open, almost no one in the parking, we were alone. Recycling point right there. There is a river next to the parking, so there is a lot of humidity. High altitude, it gets pretty cold outside of summer. No toilets.

Large area, partly gravelled. With fire pits and waste disposal. Very quiet. And the views in the morning and evening are fantastic.✦Translating

Ideal spot right at the foot of the Saint Bernard pass. There is another parking area right next to it, with room for everyone. Beside the road, but in our experience it was not very busy at night!✦Translating

Great place for one night with a magnificent view, peaceful, with all the necessary bins. The carabinieri were even there in the morning checking two-wheelers and did not bother us—excellent! Leave the place clean and bring a sweater; it was only 5 degrees in the morning for us, even in summer!✦Translating

We stopped here for lunch; it is a magnificent spot for spending the night, with a small river nearby. Very peaceful place.✦Translating

Superb place, with several other motorhomes, but that is unavoidable given the quality and size of the spot and the fact that it is flat. That did not stop us from having a perfect evening and night. We woke to the sound of bells from a flock of sheep passing by—magnificent.✦Translating

Pleasant, safe place, lots of sheep, quiet from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Beautiful views. Clean area, rubbish bins available. Wonderfully cool night. But anyone who cannot stand the smell of sheep will not cope here! There were seven campers on Friday evening.✦Translating

Today there were about six campers and around 100 sheep. Flat area where you will rarely be alone.✦Translating

Incredibly beautiful place, close to the road yet surrounded by nature. The road is not bothersome. Plenty of rubbish bins. Pure idyll, with the stream rushing by. Fantastic mountain panorama. At the beginning of June, it was 6 degrees at night.✦Translating
