Lakeside picnic area, traffic noise

Toilets, swings, picnic tables with green areas—perfect.

Lovely spot. There is a layby close to the road but the best places to overnight are around the semi circular road around the lake and grass. It's further away from the noice of the road and railway. When we were there each motorhome parked beside a picnic table so well spaced.

Beautiful picnic area with hot toilets. Excellent for an overnight stop.

Normally, we avoid motorway or main-road rest areas for overnight stays. However, the weather (storm and sleet) forced us to do so somewhat. We were pleasantly surprised and had a peaceful night without problems; the road is barely audible. The main road right in front of our home is louder. We would choose this place again.

Super-clean toilets. Beautiful view; you can hear the road, but the lake between us makes it much quieter.

Very clean area with toilets and a bin. Picnic table and a small children’s play area. The E3 passes nearby and trains pass from time to time. Very good for a lunch break or overnight stay.

Basically a nice rest area, but unfortunately the toilets are closed overnight. We actually wanted to have breakfast here, but the biting midges/knots drove us away very quickly.

One of the most beautiful rest areas in Norway. At night, despite the E3 passing by, it is lovely. Unfortunately, some people also behave badly here—relieving themselves in nature despite toilets being available, grooming dogs, leaving things behind, and so on. Really a shame! Please leave places as you would wish to find them!

This parking area is not that quiet—many cars drive along the busy road, and it is windy. Only my dog was happy because he could play fetch from the lake.

Very good for an overnight break. The road is quiet at night. But beware of mosquitoes at the end of the day. Picnic table and small bins beside the pond.

Good place, good toilets, nice lake.

Quiet place considering that it is next to the road. Everything is clean and well maintained. The pond adds a touch of nature that is spectacular at dinner in the evening. Public toilets and waste containers available. Several wooden tables for sitting and eating outdoors. Highly recommended!

Rest area with a small lake separating the truck parking area from the picnic benches and camper spaces. Toilets are cleaned regularly. At night, despite being close to the road, it is very quiet because hardly any vehicles drive at night. Good place for an overnight stay.
