Mountain recreation area, no overnight

Very peaceful place; overnight stays are not permitted, but there are easy trails nearby. And a beautiful visit to the hermitage! It also has a machine-gun nest from the Civil War.

Nice, but overnight stays are prohibited; there is a sign stating that the area is authorised only from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

We discovered the place by chance. Very lovely hermitage on a promontory overlooking the whole region. In the evening, we had the place all to ourselves. Absolute peace during the night, apart from two owls… And zero mosquitoes!

Great spot for the night

We spent two nights and found it very peaceful; the sign that was there has been knocked down and hidden. Quite a few vans around, so respect the surroundings!

Very quiet place to sleep. We had an incident while walking there with the dog. In the immediate vicinity, our dog picked up about six ticks.

Quiet place but TONS of mosquitoes and insects. Avoid going in summer.

We spent a very peaceful night. The sign saying that overnight stays were prohibited is no longer there! So everything is fine! It is a magnificent place!
