This is day and night parking near a lock, without prohibition, passage or services mentioned. The lot is sheltered by trees and offers access to walking and fishing on the river. Two separate overnight stays caused no problems, although young locals were nearby for about an hour.

Spent 2 separate nights here, had no problems. The 2nd time we had some young locals in a car nearby for about an hour but they didn't bother us. Very peaceful night. Sheltered with trees.
