This wooded picnic area sits beside a small river and the Adour, with a pond and grassy, mostly flat ground under the trees. It is suitable for a picnic or overnight stop, with bins available. Entry is limited to 2M20 in width by concrete posts; large motorhomes cannot pass, while vans may fit with mirrors folded. Traffic on the nearby bridge can be very noisy.

Refreshing place for a picnic or overnight stop. Be careful, there is also a width restriction! Vehicles that are too wide, such as motorhomes, will not get through. Vans are fine if you fold in the mirrors.
Nice little basic picnic spot where we spent the night, very pleasant beside the Adour, on grassy ground under the trees. Bins available and the ground is fairly flat. Beware of the limited width at the entrance; we only just managed with a Renault Master. No height restriction. The bridge is somewhat noisy, quietens down at night but starts again early in the morning. Great for a stopover.
Really just a backup spot for small vans, but there is a great deal of noise from the bridge when cars cross it, so bring earplugs.
Beware: entrance passage with two concrete posts, 2.20 m wide! Therefore motorhomes are not possible.
Nice shady spot; the only drawback is the road running behind it. Otherwise, a great spot.
