Been here?
A huge, mostly level gravel area near the beach for fully self-sufficient vehicles, with little shade and no services on site. Overnight stays are tolerated by police in winter if there is no camping behaviour, and a mobile baker arrives around 9:30 a.m. The beach and restaurants are nearby, while paid water and waste facilities are 2 km away and shopping is 4 km away. Recent reports describe both quiet nights and occasional noise, litter and unwanted attention.

This is the private land of an Englishman. Only the path belongs to the municipality of Palomares. Originally, an amusement park was planned here, but the project was rejected for environmental reasons. Today, the many wild campers have helped convince the authorities. Vacation homes will soon be built here.
At this time of year there were not too many people and the place was more or less clean. A quiet, noise-free night. I would like to point out that in June most of the rubbish is left by locals in cars, not by motorhome travelers.
We spent a very peaceful night. There is room for many motorhomes and you can find shade if it is not too crowded. It looks clean. Our neighbor cleaned a good part of the area around his space; if we all do the same, we can preserve such special places for everyone to enjoy. But the best thing is not to litter!
This beach could be a true paradise, but people have no respect for others. Toilet paper, wet wipes, etc. are scattered on the ground as soon as you approach the trees. Some people shout, others play music all night and drown out the wonderful sound of the waves. In addition, there are many voyeurs and security leaves much to be desired.
Thanks to the municipality for providing us with this place—and to the Guardia Civil for turning a blind eye. We are not giving it four stars because there are many voyeurs passing by at all hours. Attention! Many fishermen do not collect their rubbish, and then the blame falls on the caravan travelers.
Absolute catastrophe. Right from the start, there were strange cars with male occupants watching you. Men who approach you intrusively. I even moved my vehicle and parked directly in front of trees so no one could stare into my van. The climax today was a man hiding behind a tree and masturbating while looking into my van! I am speechless and will never come back!
Huge space near the sea. The police pass by every day. If we behave well, without littering or camping, perhaps we will continue to have places like this. I do not judge naturists, who are free to be naked.
As a local I am relieved the hot weather is kicking in and the tourists will leave. The long stayers will too. dumping of toilet waste in bushes and the sea, dumping grey waste where their vans stand leaving rubbish next to already over flowing beach bins will end. As a motor home owner for 35 years I have never seen behaviour like I see here. Good riddance.
A vast area for motorhomes, clean as far as I could see, frequented by both naturists and non-naturists—do not judge! Restaurants on site, no facilities and no showers. The beach had water when I visited.
Whether in the naturist area or on the regular beach, there is a huge, long stretch for 100 to 200 motorhomes, with plenty of space between them. Well located, with a view of the water and the sunset in front of you. We did not see any 3-meter height restriction.
Be aware that the photograph shows the textile beach. The naturist beach is on the other side to the right; there are no trees and a very busy restaurant next to it. We ultimately went to the textile side because the naturist side is unlivable.
Quiet seaside location. Lots of motorhomes, but also lots of space. Accessible to all kinds of motorhomes. I recommend it.
Excellent place by the sea, beautiful beach. Close to shops and the town. Quiet and safe. Nearby restaurant with live music.
Very pleasant place and a very quiet night. We were under the trees, but as already mentioned, the behavior of some people is incomprehensible: emptying waste anywhere and piling up rubbish even though there is a container at the entrance is a real shame. If this place is banned one day, we will not be able to blame the municipality.
Excellent place to spend one or two nights, as many motorhomes do. Some malicious people try to scare others; there is no risk of radiation in the area—the incident occurred 15 km away and inland. The main thing is to keep this area clean so we can return.
Fantastic location, but please stop dumping your rubbish bags on and beside the small, full bins. Walk one minute farther to the entrance to the site, where there are huge rubbish containers with plenty of room. And even if there were no bin, you would take it with you in your camper; in every village in Spain there are dozens of containers for dumping rubbish. Leave no trace!
Incredible place, right by the beach. There are many caravans and it feels safe. You can park along the entire beach.
Good and very peaceful place. We stayed two days without any problems. There are no facilities, but one kilometer away there is an area where, for €4, you can empty and refill. Please do not empty waste here; let us be respectful in the few places that still allow us to stay.
A truly superb place. What a pleasure to be able to park along the beach; we felt as though we were back in Greece. Continue to respect the area. There is room for everyone; if you do not want to be too close to others, continue to the other parking area, which is a huge open lot.
A luxurious place, lots of space and many motorhomes, and everything very clean as it should be. There were about 70 motorhomes and room for another 100. The bread van comes every day; you could not ask for more. If we respect it, we will keep a beautiful place. Collection bins are nearby, and a supermarket is a 25-minute walk away. I recommend it.
A beautiful place to stop by the sea, with lots of campers.
We slept well. There are many of us, but the spaces are large, so it is great. What a shame that there are containers near the restaurant, but many people are too lazy to take their rubbish there. They prefer to pile it up near the beach bins, making it disgusting and smelly. It is because of this kind of behavior that we will be banned.
We spent several days at this spot and it did us good. The sea, the walks, the place—it is very pleasant. Many spaces, but they are quickly taken. You have to arrive early. The sunrise and sunset are superb. We recommend it.
We stayed two perfect nights. Many motorhomes, but everyone was very respectful and everything was peaceful. There is even a bakery service in the morning, and the gas station is about 500 meters away. Highly recommended.
They could really add facilities for emptying gray and black water. Emptying black water in the bushes is absolutely unacceptable! It is so sad. I do not know how to react to something like that. Should I simply smash their window? Kick off their mirror? How do people like this learn? Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. And yes, the police do patrol.
Excellent, level parking area right on the beach, accessible by vehicle all along. You must be self-sufficient, but there is a camper service about 2 km away where you can use the facilities for €4. It is really crowded with motorhomes, but staying one or several nights is no problem.
Beautiful beach, and you will never feel alone—many motorhomes with plenty of space.
We spent one night with the frogs singing. Nice place, lots of motorhomes, no services.
If you like being packed in like sardines, this is exactly the place for you! We observed several vehicles simply dumping gray water into the sand. That is absolutely disgusting. I wonder how these people deal with their chemical toilets. We drove on!
A nice place, very large, with no services.
Very popular spot with loads of space. No services except a few bins that can get full pretty fast. Right by the beach but beware that spots on the front are reserved for locals. please keep the place clean.
