Roadside parking, limited space

This is a small, mostly flat parking area on both sides of the E6, with a trail directly beside it. Road noise can be noticeable, although some stays have been quiet at night. There are no facilities, and recent comments indicate limited space of about 2 places on each side.

We found it perfectly fine for an overnight stay. The noise did not bother us. Even in winter, it had been cleared and gritted. You can go for a walk immediately. There is nothing else available, so please take your rubbish with you.
Fine for parking and hiking, far too noisy for spending the night.
Beautiful place. The road is audible but not too disturbing. Two spaces maximum on each side. Otherwise, there will soon be no-parking signs, and please take your rubbish with you; there is already enough here.
Very beautiful view, perfectly cleared and free of snow.
Accessible even in snow. Quiet at night. Good place for viewing the northern lights. Not completely level, but that does not matter.
Parking space on both sides of the E6. Room for 5 campers in each. Awesome views from the rocks on the Fjord side of the road. Road noise was not so bad. No facilities but we topped up with water from the CircleK in Alta.
Lovely spot. We shared it with one other van. After a long days hike up Halddetoppen, it was a lovely place to relax - there are rocks nearby that are easy to walk up and enjoy the evening sun and the views with a few beers. Despite being near a road, this was one of our favourite spots.
