This attractive, flowered and tree-lined parking area is very close to the tourist centre and public toilets. It can be quiet overnight, especially outside the busy season, but may fill quickly. An evening meal brought around twenty cars and created concern about engine noise.

Lovely flower-filled, tree-lined car park just two steps from the tourist center. I arrived on Friday afternoon intending to spend the night because I was completely alone. But around 6:30 p.m., about twenty cars arrived with their occupants for a meal. To avoid engine noise and squealing tires between 11 p.m. and midnight, I preferred to move to the lake car park.Translating
