A picnic area at the former Vado Jaén railway station, beside the Via Verde del Aceite cycle path. Recent reports mention only 3 parking spaces and no services. It is suitable for an overnight stop, with very little traffic at night, although road noise is audible. Agricultural machinery may create loud noise from 6 in the morning.

Only 3 parking spaces next to the road, which is a shame because there is plenty of room and they could expand the parking area. No services, and an ideal place to sleep and do part of the Via Verde del Aceite.
We spent one night while doing the Via Verde. The only bad thing was that at 6 in the morning workers were tending the olive trees with machinery, making a lot of noise. Otherwise, it is a perfect place, and practically no cars pass at night.

Good nature spot... We enjoyed cycling along the greenway, which was not shaded in mid-November, especially toward Zuheros.
Good spot for a night. You can hear the road, but it’s quiet at night. Some bikers pass, all very friendly.
Honestly, a quiet Saturday evening with a view of the olive-covered hills is very comfortable. Feel free to drive farther along the track; you will have plenty of room to turn around. However, check access for wide and long motorhomes.
I confirm everything said in the previous comment. The night looks set to be peaceful.
