Medium-sized parking area near a shopping center and fast-food chains. Asphalt, one part almost level (the other side is too sloped), mostly sunny, no facilities except bins. Sometimes there are hardly any cars, sometimes it suddenly fills up. We stayed there with about 10 other campers. In the evening, a car parked next to us with two people snorting a line of drugs (but they did not cause any further disturbance). During the night, we woke up to a bang against the camper and a moped. Either he drove into us or hit the camper. Later that night, the rubbish was also collected. Águilas as a town does not have much to offer; the beach area is worth seeing and easily reachable on foot. Easy access and parking, rubbish containers, trouble-free satellite TV and internet reception; opposite is a rarely frequented shopping center (Carrefour, etc.) with toilets open until 10 p.m. A lovely secondary beach is about 300 meters away.
