Lakeside countryside, peaceful overnight stays

Great lake nearby and lots of nature! Also suitable for large motorhomes.

We had a peaceful night here, with no issues or disturbances. A 15-minute drive from Oldenburg; a visit there is recommended.

You have to be lucky. I am a local, and sometimes the “young people,” who are now more than adults, hang around here or in the smaller car parks nearby. You would not want to be with them unless you like noise, stress and drugs. Since the police chase them away, they often change locations, so it can be lovely here. Ruins of an old shooting range and a lake next door.
