Newly built parking area, with the rear section specifically designated for campers and free of charge; overnight stays are allowed. Dry toilet and benches. Walk up the road to the right for about 10 minutes to reach the waterfall. To the left, past the benches, begins the orange hiking trail, about 3 km long, which joins the 10 km red loop. Very quiet here.
Beautiful place! Ten minutes' walk from the waterfall. Dry toilet available, level spaces, and very good internet with Starlink. We stayed here for two evenings alone.
Gravel parking area, also perfect for large motorhomes. Starting point for walking along the road to the waterfall and for hikes in the nature reserve. Toilets and barbecue on site. Very quiet at night.
Large, level gravel parking area. Great place to spend a night. Very quiet, no traffic.
Large new parking area; we stayed quietly and completely alone. Dry toilet, benches, and a fire pit available.
We were only here during the day. Great hiking opportunities from here to the waterfall. There was hardly anyone in the parking area. You could probably spend a peaceful night here as well.
Nice place to spend the night. Picnic tables and a dry toilet are available, but no other facilities. About 800 meters' walk to the waterfall. The site is beautifully level and quiet.
We stayed one night. It was very quiet. The toilet is new and there are two barbecue areas. Firewood was available on site.
I was here on August 11, 2023 When you arrive, you first come to a small grassy area with a place for locals fishing. Do NOT use that location. Go over the bridge. There is a newly constructed parking lot for cars and campers. Holds probably 50 cars. Very practical and safe parking near a nature reserve. 10 minutes' walk and you will come to a famous waterfall - Västanå fallet.
Large gravel parking area. Small, coarse gravel. A steep dirt road leads down here from Route 331. The site is in a valley surrounded by trees, with a small river flowing past. At the end of July at 7:30 p.m. it was about 13.6°C here, with only shade. Cars on Route 331 can be heard faintly, motorcycles loudly. Maximum five campers. Completely litter-free. Tip: the swimming lake 9 km away has toilets, trash bins, and sunshine.
We were surprised that the previously small spot seems to have been expanded recently with a large parking area. There are plenty of spaces, and we were the only ones here.
Very peaceful place, away from the road, no facilities, ideal for eating and spending the night.
