Clean, very pleasant campsite. Following the manager’s advice, we bought the ACSI catalogue, which brought the nightly price down to €17 instead of €22; after six nights, we also received one night free, and the sanitary facilities were clean. They need a little refreshing, but it is very pleasant. Close to the town centre and very quiet. Bakery service in the morning and pizza service in the evening. We recommend the place.✦Translating

Excellent place, close to the motorway and petrol station. Unfortunately, there is no access through to the campsite to use facilities such as the toilets. The Wi-Fi was too weak, so unfortunately I could not work on the computer. Definitely a place to return to when we head south again.✦Translating

We stopped at the campsite for three nights. The services are good, with clean toilets and showers. Bakery service: bread and pastries must be ordered the day before for the next day, using the ticket they give you. Pizzas can also be ordered; they are really good—use the ticket. A shuttle is available to go into town. It is a shame that the shower water is not very hot.✦Translating

Very well-maintained campsite. We arrived outside reception hours and chose our pitch. Booking is recommended. A pitch opposite reception guarantees shade even in the afternoon. Sanitary facilities and showers are clean. There is a shaded forest path to the right when leaving, great for dogs. Leclerc is five minutes away by electric bike. A lovely stopover.✦Translating

The sanitary facilities are very outdated. Water pressure in the showers leaves much to be desired. Only three showers were open for the whole site. There is little to do nearby. The village is small and not particularly attractive. The welcome, however, was very friendly, and it was fine for an overnight stop.✦Translating

Fresh bread and pastries are available every morning; I recommend the cereal baguette, which keeps very well. We spent 23 days here in May 2025 and the same amount of time in 2024.✦Translating

No interest, noisy, parked tightly in rows so you can hear your neighbour closing their cupboard, with canine detection teams everywhere. This chain is just commercial business. The well-being of motorhome travellers, as advertised by its founders who supposedly are motorhome travellers themselves, is only a legend. These places are not intended for genuine motorhome travellers, but for municipalities too cowardly to do it themselves.✦Translating

The site is great, with electricity directly at the pitch. Attention: the much cheaper motorhome parking area is right next door. Unfortunately, we got confused too. The toilets have no seats, so you have to use the bare ceramic. Deducting one point for that. Order breakfast the day before and collect it at reception at 8:00 in the morning.✦Translating

Small transit campsite on the outskirts of town. Spacious pitches, shaded or unshaded. Sanitary facilities are outdated but clean. Ideal for a spa stay. The thermal baths are 1.5 km away.

We wanted to stay in the motorhome area, but its entrance is a little farther on, past the campsite entrance. We got confused and spent the night at the campsite instead. It was fine as a transit campsite, which is what it is mainly used for. The next morning, many motorhomes and caravans had already left.

Simple and good site for a stopover. The sanitary facilities are showing their age but are clean; otherwise, everything you need is available. The operators are friendly and helpful, and the pitches are a reasonable size. Reservations are advisable. Supermarkets and petrol stations are reachable by car within 5 minutes.

Optimal for one or two nights. The bread-roll service works very well, and the sanitary facilities are also fine. There are few opportunities for excursions nearby, so it is perfectly adequate as an overnight stop during a journey. A small forest borders the site and invites you to go for walks. The operators are friendly and speak English.

Cold welcome. Zero pressure in the showers. Optional extras: €5/day for Wi-Fi, €5 for laundry, €5 for the dryer (dogs are free). Close to the road and noisy. Lots of flies. Be sure to keep your receipt if you buy bread, otherwise the staff will not give it to you the next day. And if you complain, they suggest that you leave. Welcome to Contrexéville campsite.

Transit campsite, so it is noisy in the morning from 6:30 as people pack up. Otherwise very quiet; the sanitary facilities are always very clean and the showers hot. Not very far from the town centre.

Very nice campsite with good facilities. Beautiful surroundings and shops nearby. It is a shame that, if you want to be sure of getting a place during high season, you can only reserve if you have a credit card. At the campsite itself, you can pay by card or cash. Friendly and helpful operators!
