Getting here needs an off-road vehicle. Check your ground clearance before setting off.
This off-road spot offers a superb mountain view and a quieter place just below the summit when it is busy. Access is by a gravel road, with the final slope requiring a 4x4; it is unsuitable for a standard motorhome. There is no water, and the exposed summit can be very windy.

Accessible via a ‘gravel’ road, superb view yet if windy very much exposed. No water. Shortcut from the top to the gravel road not accessible even with a 4x4.
Very quiet, the track is easy enough, and the view is splendid. The track is not suitable for a standard motorhome.
The slope at the end requires a 4x4. Magnificent view over the village of Jaujac. There was no wind when I was there.
Magnificent view! Plenty of space to park, superb natural setting! Be careful when going higher up; sometimes the path is quite difficult. Take it slowly, but you will not be disappointed by the scenery!
Lovely spot only with a magnificent view over the valley! Only possible to reach via a steep rocky 4x4 path. We loved this place and it’s nice to do some “light” off road.
