2 Calle Codorniz, 11139, Chiclana de la Frontera
Been here?
This is a secluded dirt parking place beside the Chiclana salt pans, suitable for a quiet overnight stop and walks among the marshes. Flamingos can be seen, with 5 observed during a recent daytime visit, and many dog walkers, cyclists and pedestrians pass in the morning. The ground becomes dangerously muddy after rain, while recent reports also mention rubbish, many mosquitoes and occasional summer-festival noise.

Just parked in the day to see the flamingos. We saw 5 so worth the visit. Didnt stay because it was raining and we would have gotten stuck
It is quite dirty, full of mosquitoes, and you can hear the Santi Petri summer festival.Translating
The location is really nice and very quiet. The place is at the back of a housing development, but there are no overlooking neighbors. By the Chiclana salt flats, we had a very good night's sleep.Translating
the place can be nice but after the rains you have to be careful not to get stuck in the mud
I liked it a lot here. But as already said, be aware of the mud! And please people, take your trash with you or take even some more! And please, if you pee and need a tissue, also take it with you!!!!
Very nice place, but gets busy in the morning. A lot of dog walkers, cyclists and walkers, but beautiful flamingos too.
Very, very good place to spend one or two nights, very quiet, with a nice little walk through the marsh on foot or by bike.Translating
The place is beautiful if you go for a walk and move away from the parking area, but the parking itself is a dirt lot and is very dirty, with bottles and rubbish… it didn't seem idyllic to me at all.Translating
The place looks like a postcard, it is very beautiful. But there are millions of mosquitoes, so we left because of them.Translating
Great place. Absolutely quiet night. Wonderful ponds right outside!Translating
We felt very comfortable, great place — lots of walkers in the morning.Translating
