A riverside wild camping area along the Daugava, with several places, some picnic shelters, fireplaces and dry toilets. The river access is very steep, the road is narrow, uneven and bumpy, and motorhomes up to 6 meters are suitable only in some sections. Anglers commonly stay here, and the nearby main road is clearly audible. Waste bins may be overflowing, so take your rubbish with you.

Attention: motorhomes up to 6 meters, and not in all places! Otherwise, a great spot with a barbecue area and access to the water, although it is very steep. Also many anglers!
Beautiful area along the banks of the Daugava. Several spaces are available, some with shelters, fireplaces, and a composting toilet by the road. Some anglers camp here all weekend with tents and caravans. The country road is clearly audible.
Stayed here overnight today. Superb spot used mostly by fishermen, but there is a plenty of space. The fogs over the river in the morning were fantastic!
Very good for an overnight stay with a view of the river. The way there is very narrow and bumpy. It is manageable for campers but unsuitable for larger vehicles, especially because of the narrow path along the bank if someone is already standing at the entrance and you have to look for a place farther back. There was another camper with me. The road is somewhat audible.
We stayed here for three days. Simply wonderful. Unfortunately, the trash bins are not emptied and the bags are not collected. We first had to clean the site because animals had gotten into them. Please take your own rubbish with you. If you take the right fork, you will find a fantastic spot with a composting toilet, wonderful for fishing. There is a barbecue area and a small hut.
There are several spaces on both sides, some with picnic shelters and fire pits. New toilets and waste disposal are available on both the left and right. The left side is more suitable for smaller vans or roof tents because the road is somewhat rough. All in all, a great spot.
Awesome place. Lots of people come here. The second spot from the right is the best, with the best view, a fireplace, and a picnic shelter, with a toilet nearby. The dry toilet is good, new, and odor-free. GPS coordinates lead to the left spot, which has nothing.
Nice and comfortable place to stay. There are 3 separate spots with tables and trash boxes. Surrounded by trees, not much direct sunlight.
Superb place, but it is a shame about the large pile of rubbish and the deplorable dry toilet.
Very nice calm spot. space for about 4-5 campers. at the end of the path a picnic "hut" and a dry toilet (nice bonus). Some fishermen can come every now and then.
A few spots along the riveside to park and a proper picnic table/camping cround at the end of the road.
