Canal parking, difficult daytime access

This is a small, quiet parking area on grassy, stabilized ground beside the Nivernais canal, with around 4-5 spaces. Access for large motorhomes is difficult during opening hours, from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The sanitary facilities across the canal are degraded and unusable. The nautical stop volunteers provide a warm welcome.

Nice, quiet spot near the hangar (no sign prohibiting it), after the two bridges on the left beside the canal. Four or five spaces. However, the sanitary facilities opposite are damaged and unusable. Disappointed not to see the needles placed in the lock, as indicated in the guidebook from May (?) onward. Restaurant closed.Translating
