A fantastic farm campsite nestled in the hills of the Marche region, near Corinaldo, Fano, and Senigallia. Complete with all services and tree-lined pitches. In the evening and morning, you immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility of the countryside, far from the chaos of the city. Simone is a flawless host. We stayed for three nights in June. In the middle of nowhere, a dream campsite suddenly appears. The owner, Simone, is a young man in his thirties—kind, engaging, and motivating. The site is tastefully designed. I immediately felt at home. My tip: walk about one kilometer steeply uphill on the other side of the road. You will find a large pink bench with a wonderful view…Translating
On our journey back from southern Italy to Germany, we spent one night here and have now firmly decided to come again and stay longer. What a wonderful little corner of the earth Simone has created here—in the midst of picturesque hills, with plenty of shade and everything a camper's heart desires. 100% recommended!Translating
A very relaxed and pleasant campsite. Extremely warm welcome, and Simone makes delicious pizzas himself! The sanitary facilities are good and clean. Corinaldo is a beautiful town. It is a good climb by bike but manageable. Definitely worth repeating and highly recommended!Translating
Stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of May. Lovely little campsite with plenty of space. All the facilities were clean and well maintained. Simone couldn’t have been more helpful and his pizzas are great. Will definitely stop by here again if we are passing.
Simone is very nice, helpful, and also a very good pizza baker. The site is compact, and the toilets and showers are very clean. A peaceful place that invites you to relax. Ideal for a stay of two or three nights.Translating
A great place away from the tourist crowds on the coast. A place to slow down, with a very accommodating owner. All the stars. We will return, either while passing through or for a few days.Translating
Beautiful, peaceful campsite. Everything is well arranged; good, well-maintained sanitary facilities. Free hot water. Welcoming reception, delicious pizzas, and local wine for sale. Play areas for children. Highly recommended for an overnight stay while exploring the historic towns nearby on foot or by bike.Translating

What a beautiful little campsite with 10 pitches for motorhomes, caravans, and tents in the countryside. Simone is always quick to answer questions via WhatsApp. The facilities consist of five toilet/shower combinations, which is more than sufficient. Beautiful cycling routes to Senigallia. Delicious pizzas are available every few evenings.Translating
Simone (the owner) is very friendly and welcomes us at the arrival. It’s a small agri camping with a lot of space for the camper. We had our private bathroom and loved it. You really need to visit this place. At Tuesday we received a WhatsApp which pizza we want, because he makes them himself in his tiny restaurant on the campsite. Simone thanks for your hospitality.
It's always wonderful to be here. Relaxed small campsite with perfect facilities. Clean, spacious, and equipped with everything. Several beautiful motorhome or caravan sites near the ferry to or from Ancona. Simone, the owner, is very hospitable and takes good care of his guests. A permanent place for us to return to.Translating
The place is easy to reach and convenient for ferry departures from Ancona. It absolutely deserves a visit because it is exceptionally well maintained, the animals are very well cared for, and the bathrooms are cleaned continuously and excellently. Above all, the owner is incredibly helpful, attentive to detail, and uniquely kind. Stop by if you can.Translating
A truly peaceful little place, well maintained and welcoming! Also lovely outside the season!Translating
Perfect place! I have nothing else to add!Translating
The owner is truly kind and considerate. The farm campsite is well maintained, with spacious pitches and clean bathrooms. Everything works, and in spring/summer it must be a truly enchanting place. I would definitely return!Translating
We were here for the second time. Simply great. Excellent pitches (two with wooden decks); when occupancy is low, a private bathroom is possible. Simone is the best host and bakes delicious pizza. The site is very chill. Everything is in top condition. Dog-friendly. We will definitely come back. Ciao!Translating
A great place for one or several nights. Excellent value for money. We called spontaneously later in the evening and, upon arrival, were able to settle in very easily thanks to the information Simone sent us via WhatsApp. We would be very happy to return.Translating
A very nice, small, and clean site. The owner, Simon, is very friendly, and although we had not reserved, we got a pitch. His homemade pizza is delicious, and the local wine also tastes very good. Many thanks for the lovely stay and for letting our daughter watch the pizza being made! Best wishes, Sven, Ruby, and KathiTranslating

I would give five stars, but no more are possible. Wonderful, unique, and characteristic campsite; the bathrooms are always clean and brand new. Simone, the owner, and his family are attentive and always available.
It was exactly the right decision to stop at Simone’s… For us, it was perfect for switching off and “arriving.” On the first evening we enjoyed Simone’s pizza and were absolutely thrilled! The whole site is harmonious and thoughtfully designed, and we felt completely at home. We would be very happy to return. Best wishes, Sina & Dennis
It is clean, the pizzas are good, but not all the pitches are equal. The road is nearby and noisy in the morning, and the “campsite” is in the middle of nowhere. Given the reviews, I expected better for €35.
Very nice location. Quiet with a view and enough shade for the dog. Simone is very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 2 nights and also got to enjoy the pizzas ! 10/10 would recommend!
Beautiful little campsite that clearly shows how much love and passion owner Simone puts into running it. The fact that Simone also makes excellent pizza completes the picture. We felt so comfortable that, after not finding anything comparable farther south the next day, we simply drove back here.
The most beautiful campsite we have ever stayed at! We were treated so kindly, received fresh melons from the field and delicious figs, and two days felt like a week of relaxation! Thank you so, so much!
Simone is the man, he is a very friendly host and makes the best pizzas from local ingredients, really 10/10. Camp sites are good and surrounding is nice.
We had two wonderful days at Simone’s. Everything was uncomplicated, well equipped, and lovingly designed. The handmade pizza was delicious, as was the organic wine for €12. We would come back anytime.
One of the most beautiful campsites we have ever stayed at. Built with so much care and a connection to nature, with great bathrooms/showers and truly everything you need for a few peaceful days. Simone makes excellent pizza and there are delicious wines. Highly recommended, and a huge thank-you.
What a magnificent place Simone created at Terre del Piano! We only had one night as a stopover but really enjoyed the calmness and the beauty of the surroundings. The attention to detail and the warm atmosphere made it feel truly special. I hope we can come back and spend more than just one day in this little gem. PS: The pizza is beyond exceptional!
We had a wonderful night and would have gladly stayed longer. Simone is an incredibly nice and accommodating host. The location is quiet and beautiful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Absolutely recommended!
A truly great site with lots of attention to detail. Idyllically located among fruit, vegetables, and animals. The pizza is wonderful. Nice walks to the village. The owner Simone is kind and helpful. An ideal stopover when waiting for the ferry.
Enchanting place! Immersed in peace and nature. Well-kept pitches, managed kindly and cordially! You can see the great passion put into running this farm campsite!
Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Simone, the owner, is very friendly and makes incredibly good pizza. We would come back at any time. Are you looking for a place to unwind and recharge? Then this is the perfect place! Grazie Simone
Super beautiful site! Very warmly arranged. The owner, Simone, is very pleasant and makes a great effort. He gave us valuable tips for our onward journey. Simone’s pizza was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended.
10/10! It was great, a beautiful place. Friendly host. The pizza was excellent. The value for money is perfectly reasonable. You can feel the attention to detail on the farm.
Beautiful place with very nice hosts. Simone made delicious pizza in the evening—a highlight! The toilets were spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was dreamy. In the evening you could sit outside and enjoy the wine Simone sells. She is warm and creates a wonderful atmosphere. We would love to return!
A magical place with a warm welcome, excellent pizza, and tips about the surrounding area. Very good facilities, with a washing machine and detergent available. Relaxed atmosphere for young and old.
Very cosy, green place with a personal touch! Clean sanitary, the best pizza, enough space on the pitch… and of course Simone is a great host who makes you feel at home and at ease. We were very happy we could pick berries for our breakfast and for on the road :) (PS: take precautions for mosquitos, like everywhere in Italy)
Farm campsite with soul! Highly recommended, very well maintained, the owner is kind and considerate, fantastic pizzas!! Spotlessly clean bathrooms!
This site was actually a backup option, but in the end we extended our stay on site! Everything is super clean, everything you need is available, and it feels like a small farm. In the morning the donkey greets you, and when we left we were even allowed to pick some chilies. The operator loves and lives for his farm, and you can feel it as soon as you arrive! Thank you for four wonderful days!
Great place—one of the most beautiful we have discovered in Italy. Simone makes delicious pizzas. Be sure to try them! As for the site, just read the previous reviews—there is nothing to add :-))
