The area itself would be nice and is close to the center, but no services are operational. Moreover, being in the immediate vicinity of a sports center makes it almost impossible to sleep at night, with a bar playing music until late. Negative rating.✦Translating

Excellent location for visiting the center of Fabriano, a truly pet-friendly town. They let us enter with our dog (19 kg) at the paper museum, the Guelfo museum, and the Oratorio della Carità. The electricity hookups in the area do not work and it is currently free. The dump station works, but water cannot be filled. Be careful: the entrance is a little narrow.✦Translating

The site is safe and quiet, a short distance from the city center and a park. The downside is that a dog in the neighborhood is left outside all day and whines. Unfortunately, I had not previously read the comments from other users, and I can now confirm that the area is new. Gray and black water can be emptied; it is close to the historic center but currently has no water or electricity supply. Judging by the works and comments, this has never been possible.
