Been here?
Free motorhome parking near the Areuse gorges hiking trails, easy to access. Currently sharing space with a gravel stockpile, so vehicles park on a wide roadside gravel area that isn't perfectly flat. Very quiet with little road traffic, though the spot draws many day hikers passing through. No overnight ban is posted, but no traveller confirmed staying overnight there. Mobile signal is reported as fairly poor.

The site is currently occupied by a pile of gravel. We therefore parked on a wide gravel area beside the road where hikers' cars are parked. The downside is that the ground is not level. It is very quiet and well located for visiting the Areuse Gorges. There is no inconvenience for road users, as the road is little used.Translating
Excellent for one night, peacefully in the forest. Superb spot for starting a hike through the Areuse Gorges.Translating
Very busy with walkers and slightly sloping.Translating
We spent two nights here. Quiet and without problems. There are quite a few walkers, but they are not bothersome. Access to the Areuse Gorges from the site.Translating

Small free parking area, very convenient for picnicking and going down to the Areuse Gorges. We did not see any prohibition against spending the night, but we did not sleep here.Translating
Cellular reception is quite poor.Translating
