Forest fishing waters, weekend disruption

Perfect, peaceful in a beautiful lush forest. Internet connection OK. I picked up all the rubbish in the area as a thank-you. Leave it clean.

Large area, shelter with benches but no tables. Locals, anglers and residents—all friendly and communicative. Occasionally a car passes at night.

We are here for the second time and nobody was bothered. During our first visit, residents and municipal cleaning staff told us that a nice barbecue area was once planned here, until young people began destroying everything, so the town abandoned the plans. Very unfortunate, but still a great, quiet place to relax.

Very beautiful, quiet parking place by the forest, without facilities. Perfect for self-sufficient vehicles looking for peace and quiet. Occasionally locals arrive by car with dogs. The house diagonally opposite is far enough away not to disturb the residents. Many hiking opportunities start from the parking area. There is really no need to discuss rules of conduct for wild parking or camping.

Very beautiful and quiet location, wonderful for one night. Please take your rubbish with you so this place remains available to those of us who camp freely.

We tried this spot twice. On the first evening, a group of young people arrived and settled by the barbecue for a big party (it was a Saturday), so we moved elsewhere. But the next day we tried our luck again, and this time we had the charming place peacefully to ourselves.

We chose the place because it is nicely secluded and fairly level. There is an Edeka down the road, and there are plenty of forest paths for an evening walk with the dog. The sound of the stream behind the parking area is pleasant. No facilities at all, but anyone travelling by motorhome probably has everything necessary.

If you are travelling with family, the shelter at this place is a great option for the kids to sleep outside. There is a stone grill and a tiny reservoir for dogs. If you work online and need Zoom, it is somewhat difficult, but Telegram or WhatsApp calls and a good-night documentary are no problem. The stream can be heard all day, and the lake's source comes from the forest.

The place is beautifully situated, unless it is pouring with rain like this week. Unfortunately, it was unusable because the rain had created deep ruts. We had to leave again.

The place is extremely beautiful if you simply want peace and quiet at night. It is open again now. We stayed there for one night with two campers. There were still anglers during the day, but it was absolutely quiet in the evening and at night. Please keep the place clean; you hardly see gems like this anymore in Germany!
