Been here?
Urban motorhome parking 800 meters from beach and 10 minutes on foot from town center shops; operated by CAMPING-CAR PARK network (15.45€ per night). Pitches are very tight and often described as overcrowded like sardines; fire safety compliance questioned by recent visitors. No on-site toilets; suitable mainly for 24-hour stops. Vehicle thefts reported at night.

Definitely need to be there as early as possible to get a spot. Layout is quite tight if people park within the lines. Quite busy and noisy with cars coming and going in the Carpark next to us. Facilities as stated. No toilet nearby . Good for a 24 hr stop and beach day
We are used to Camping-Car Park areas and generally they are quite good, but here we were packed in like sardines because we followed the ground markings, even though when it says full there are still spaces left. Someone attempted to steal our bicycles at night, as well as those of our neighbours.
We are fans of Camping-Car Park areas and think the concept is great. However, paying €15.45 per night to be packed in like sardines is frankly disappointing. The fire-safety instructions are far from being respected. An effort is urgently needed to improve the conditions of stay at this area.
This parking area is a trap for motorhomes. €15.45 per night, packed in like sausages. Fire-safety regulations are far from being respected. Shame on Camping-Car Park for making no effort to improve our conditions despite the many negative reviews.
This area managed by Camping-Car Park should be perfectly clean, but the hedges and grass are far too overgrown. What a shame.
Parking very far from Boulogne-sur-Mer. We drove on because everyone was packed on top of each other.
Very tight site, but clean, with reasonable service facilities.
This is not a motorhome area but a parking lot where everyone is packed together, very dangerous in case of fire. In short, avoid it.
It is a former car park that has not been adapted for motorhome use. The spaces are too narrow and too short. When full, entering or leaving a space is impossible. Absolutely not suitable for vehicles up to 9 metres, as stated in the Camping-Car-Park app. In my opinion, it is only suitable for campervans. The second star is for the proximity to the beach and the good, clean service facilities.
Camping-Car Park strikes again... expensive, little space, not welcoming. Avoid.
Today the entire entrance and road are blocked by fairground vehicles and other equipment! The entrance was almost impossible to find. The site is difficult to use for longer vehicles because the spaces are too short. The operator needs to improve things.
Very nice walks to take on foot. Adequate asphalt pitch. Good services.
Location okay. Very tight spaces. We certainly will not come again.
A little narrow and short for parking, but we stayed four nights and appreciated the proximity of shops, buses and walking opportunities. Thanks to the municipality of Le Portel.
Adequate for one night. A former car park for cars. You cannot tell how you are supposed to park now. Presumably only every second parking bay should be used. Everything is rather tight.
Everything slopes, and in the wrong direction. Large levelling blocks are essential. The area is extremely narrow and difficult to manoeuvre in if you are over 7 metres. In short, it is an old car park not adapted at all for motorhomes, with spaces for a maximum of 6 metres.
No level spaces. Very narrow for manoeuvring. Wi-Fi is accessible only at the service terminal! €15 is expensive for this time of year.
Pitches on asphalt, slight slope, levelling blocks needed. Easy access, clean, and the beach is a five-minute walk away.
Quite clean area. A little noise at weekends from the two football stadiums surrounding the area. Otherwise, the coast is fairly close.
Completely fine for one night.
Stay from 20 to 22 March: all services available, but the very narrow spaces make manoeuvring difficult for motorhomes over 7 metres when the area is full. Near a supermarket and bakery. Next to a path leading along the beach for lovely walks.
Ideal location, right by the beach. Tight spaces, but it did not bother us much because it was only half full. There was a party in the distance at night, but it was not really disturbing.
This area is more of a car park. We are packed tightly together. Manoeuvring is difficult. We stayed one night and the smell of fish was very strong. Close to a function hall, we had to endure noise all night. The partygoers then came to the parking lot to continue the party. The only advantages are its proximity to the beach and the ability to visit Boulogne.
Close to the beach and walking park. Supermarket five minutes away on foot. Very tight and sloping spaces. Unfortunately, we did not sleep at all. Lots of street noise until the middle of the night, with bangs and people shouting. At 6:30 the local brass band played in the nearby square. The service area is in front of the exit. Queue to leave. Not convenient.
A very nice place to stay when it is not busy. The spaces are far too tight. In winter there was enough room, but otherwise I find it really dangerous. Electricity is currently included. It is very nice near the beach and supermarkets. There was no water, not even for flushing the toilet. Take bus C or H to Boulogne-sur-Mer and Nausicaá!
Everything is available and included in the price, and you can walk through the dunes straight to the beach. It is beside a small road and football fields, but it was simply quiet at night!
Well-functioning Camping-Car-Park site. Electricity, water and disposal facilities work perfectly. Asphalt pitches are very short and not very wide, maximum 8 metres long and slightly sloping. Quiet at night.
Everything worked well for us. Electric points all seemed to be working. Quiet night. Had to download the Camping-Car-Park app for access - QR code at entry for it was helpful :)
Small but adequate pitch. A little noisy, but otherwise fine.
Camping-Car Park area, beautiful location near the beaches. Wonderful walks and views. Park and trail nearby. Quiet area, well-marked asphalt pitches. Shops and town centre 900 metres away on foot. Electricity, waste disposal and water included in the stay price, including tourist tax. No Wi-Fi; the signal is very weak, as announced in the Camping-Car-Park app.
The spaces are very short and extremely narrow. Parking according to the markings means being able to open the doors, with no room left between vehicles. Electricity works, but the surroundings are noisy because of traffic and nearby facilities. Tolerable for one night.
Ideal pitch for visiting Boulogne-sur-Mer and the surrounding area. All electrical sockets were restored to service on 12 November 2025 by the Camping-Car-Park technician. Thank you.
35 spaces, 36 electrical connections, only 8 working. What is the point of having so many if they cannot be used? If you arrive early and are among the first eight, there is no problem. Why not repair them?
Scandalous to pay the full price for all services when no electrical hookup is available. Avoid... Here is the customer service response regarding this: Please note that the individual electrical sockets are intended to recharge the vehicle's living unit, not to remain connected continuously.
Only two stars because of the price. Half of the electrical cabinets did not work, and many spaces were uneven. Away from the town. Entrance and registration were somewhat tricky.
No problem with a 7.5-metre motorhome. Everything works and it is not dirty. However, it is rather expensive.
