Parking next to the Tesla Supercharger, just before the tunnel entrance. The showers are excellent and free. Perfect for a break.
No sign prohibiting motorhomes at night at this time of year (early May), plus the service station’s toilets and showers are freely accessible. A great free campsite!
Free area at the back of the parking lot, very convenient for visiting the small town and the Viking area. Beware of broken glass on the ground!

We parked there to visit the Viking Valley. It is allowed only during the day for campervans.
There are now only 11 Tesla charging stations on the site; sign prohibiting motorhomes between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
We stopped here during the day. Many free parking spaces. The car ferry and fjord ferry depart here, and kayaks can be rented. Our tip: the hydrobike! Simply fantastic on the fjord, and at NOK 200 per person for two hours, worth every penny. There is also a free hot shower at the activity center. Thanks for that!
