Paid castle parking, steep access

The area now has four pitches dedicated to campers. Overnight parking costs €10 in addition to the castle ticket and is purchased inside the castle ticket area at the automatic kiosk. The area also has an immaculate, well-maintained toilet. There are no water or waste services or electricity. Extremely quiet at night. Noise is possible in the evening when events are taking place.

All in all, a quiet place for €10 per night. The friendly colleague in the ticket shop gave us an alternative spot because the official motorhome spaces were occupied by day visitors. Clean sanitary facilities are available at all times. Unfortunately, the operator cannot do anything about occasional show-offs who want to enjoy the charm of the beautiful approach road in the evening.

Quiet car park. The pitches are slightly sloping, so bring wheel chocks. Great for visiting the castle and spending the night.

An excellent stopover. No services. Steep climb to castle or you can catch the shuttle bus. Well worth a visit.

We were attending the Royal Winter Magic event, and overnight stays were free.

€5 per night, bookable via the website with the admission tickets or in the shop on site. Free daytime parking. Some parking spaces slope backwards slightly, so chocks are needed. Very quiet, with bins and toilets always open; the car park is reasonably well lit. Beautiful castle, with a shuttle bus every 15 minutes. Great view from the top. Alternatively, walk up.

Unfortunately, it is a little sloping, but the toilets are very clean. The castle was very interesting. Unfortunately, the village youth were at the upper car park during the night and very loud. It was Saturday, after all. It passed.

Closer to the castle, but usually overcrowded. Having someone guide you helps with finding a parking space. The shuttle bus to the castle runs approximately every 10 minutes. Only five spaces for motorhomes. Kiosk and toilets.

Quiet and free. I am not giving five stars only because the spaces are not level.

Excellent place to stop, including overnight. Large car park. There are only five spaces reserved for campers, but they are also tolerated in the regular parking spaces. There is no specific parking fee, but by paying the castle entrance fee—€29 at the ticket office or €26 online—the price includes admission, parking and the shuttle to conveniently reach the castle. I recommend it.

We slept here before visiting the castle. No services; there is certainly an electrical outlet on a building, but nothing indicates that it can be used... €5 is reasonable for the absolute silence at night. Remember to pay for the motorhome space on the castle website; you have to book the tour to use it.

The place is as expected, close to the castle, but otherwise just a car park. There are an extreme number of ticks, especially relevant if you have a dog.

Large car park with four designated spaces for motorhomes and plenty of room for vans. It was free. We were able to take our two dogs on the bus up to the castle and enter the grounds. It cost us €58 for two people. Worth it.

We spent a quiet night here. Very peaceful place, toilets open permanently and very clean. We paid nothing.

Beautiful quiet place; we were completely alone here. The site was lit from 8 p.m. Unfortunately, we could not find anyone to pay.

We were at the Winter Magic event at the castle and then stayed overnight there. Good place. However, expect car drifting. It happened to us at 1:20 a.m., but it passed quickly. Everything was easy to drive on even with snowfall, and there would even have been a great sledding hill right at the beginning of the castle road.
