Free parking during the day with excellent space for large motorhomes. You cannot spend the night. Convenient for walking to the waterfalls. Approved.Translating
The best thing is that it is next to one of the paid car parks and is the only free one, with good views. However, you cannot spend the night here as you can in the paid car parks.Translating
We couldn't believe it, but it is true: free parking five minutes on foot from the paid parking areas for the waterfalls! Tested and approved today. There are also very clean public toilets 300 meters away and a great playground 500 meters away! However, it is no longer possible to go up via the path on the left and come down via the one on the right without paying, because they also check tickets on the way down.Translating
Free parking, great. For the waterfalls, take the path behind the bridge before the ticket booth and follow the waterfall trail on the left; it will be free, then go back down via the path on the right.Translating
We parked here to visit the waterfalls; good parking.Translating
Free parking during the day, clean and level, with a container nearby. Very close to the waterfall trail.Translating
Arrive early, as this is one of the very few free parking areas near the Krimml Waterfalls. They are easily reachable on foot.Translating
Contrary to what is written below, the parking area is still free and accessible. Note that there is a paid area 20 metres before it. There is also no toll road from Zell am See. Another tip: don't feel like paying the entrance fee? Just before the entrance, go left along the river and walk in the opposite direction. About 3 hours. Recommended.Translating
Not free anymore. The entire area around the waterfall feels like a scam. The 165 road is closed off, so you have to pay the toll. then you have to pay for car parking. THEN you have to pay to get to the waterfall. 30/40 euro! I would recommend avoiding this area if you can. it's not worth it
Perfect, free parking and not very far from the waterfall! Parking is forbidden from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Thank you for the free trail to visit the waterfall! It is almost easier from here than from the other side!Translating
