674-732 Route d'Antibes, 06250, Mougins
Been here?
Picnic area in a natural park with children’s play equipment, hiking and mountain-biking routes, and numerous picnic tables. A 1.90m height barrier now limits access. The nearby road can be very busy and noisy, especially late at night and early in the morning, and the ground is sloping. Toilets are available farther along the road.

The place is very beautiful, with a lot of traffic. But the biggest problem is that they installed a height barrier of 1.90 m.
All the parking areas have a 1.90 m height barrier. It was difficult to find somewhere to sleep for one night; we drove around for an hour.
The 1.90 m bar is easily passable in an L1H1 Transporter. However, the road is busy and very noisy, and the ground is sloping. We did not stay.
Very noisy because of the road. However, because of the heat, we could not close the doors either.
We stayed for one night and it was a great spot especially considering the lack of other spots nearby. The road is quite active, especially in the morning, but the noise is not too bad and the area felt very safe. The car park was also empty when we visited (early march)
Perfect for the night. There is a 1.9 m barrier, but no problem in a Caddy. The nearby road started getting busy around 6 a.m., and hikers began arriving from 8 a.m. We slept well, and there are toilets just up the road.
Quiet place for overnighting, beside the road but without noise. Depending on where you park, the toilets may be far away. In the morning, lots of people walk around; there are trails in the same park.
Shaded place with picnic tables and a bin. Quite noisy because of the very busy road below, late into the evening and early in the morning. It was still good for one night, with the sounds of the forest. There is a second area a little lower down where sleeping is not possible, as it is small and sloping, but there are toilets and two water taps for filling a few bottles.
We wanted to stay for one night, but there were lots of cars, mosquitoes, and people. Maybe it would be better if we stayed a little longer, but we think it is just for stopping and resting.
