Route d'Argelès, Avenue Narcisse Planas, 66200, Elne
Been here?
CAMPING-CAR PARK motorhome area in Roussillon setting with spacious, shaded plots and bicycle access to Mediterranean beaches. Near Elne's historic centre (1.5 km walk). Entry requires €5 lifetime network card; €10–15 daily charges apply. Located between a busy road and playground area, resulting in daytime traffic noise but quiet at night.

Very good place to spend 2 or 3 nights. Close to Elne and the cycle paths leading to the sea toward Argeles or Saint-Cyprien. A little noisy because it is close to the road, but there is little traffic at night. Shaded.
Very beautiful spot, and there is very good wine nearby.
Poorly signposted, clean and well laid out. Too bad it is between a four-lane road and a playground, so it is quite noisy. We left after two hours.
Beautiful freshly mowed pitches, an abandoned pétanque court, sob... WIFI not working, sob again... And a large red-painted concrete rim partially blocking access to the dumping point. That said, the stay is still just as pleasant.
The ground is still very soft after the January rains. Indeed, it is very noisy, especially in the morning because of the traffic. And in summer it must be even worse....
Well-maintained aire, but unfortunately situated between two busy roads, so it is somewhat noisy. A 15-minute walk from this beautiful, large village. Be careful: cut through the car park; there is a small path between the gardens, much safer than walking along the road. My recommendation is Chez Tonton Arthur restaurant. A real treat and traditional hospitality.
Landscaped, comfortable parking. Too bad it is between two somewhat noisy roads.
Convenient for spending one night while traveling. Electricity, dumping and water filling.
The pitches are very large, and the trees were pruned back for winter. Some of the grass pitches are only hard earth. The service station is near the barrier and easy to access. Electrical protection is, as always, only 6 A. The center, 1.5 km away, is easy to reach, but unfortunately everything is closed in November. Recommended as a stop on the way to or from Spain.
Very spacious aire, and I find it very well maintained, with tree pruning and new plantings. The spaces are well marked and spacious. However, at this time of year, the town is “dead”; no restaurants are open... but with bicycles, there are lovely rides.
A little noisy, but above all somewhat neglected in terms of maintenance. Fortunately, it doesn’t often rain here..... Too bad, because it is close to the town and the pitches are rather large.
It deserves credit for existing.... Much too noisy, with a very busy road nearby. Too bad! Suitable for nothing more than an overnight stop.
The road is extremely noisy. Otherwise, the aire is okay.
Two nights as a stopover; a little noisy but not bothersome.
Very noisy. Not much shade. The pitch sizes are perfectly adequate. We left immediately. Really only useful as an emergency stop to recharge and dump!!! Also, make sure to read all the Camping-Car Park conditions....
Very disappointed, all services are charged!!! Paying €15 and then having to pay again in the app is frankly outrageous!!!
If you don’t have a motorbike or bicycle, the place is remote. If you live in a city, you won’t notice the noise.
Second time at this aire. Good for a stopover, very dark and noisy because of the busy road, and not very well maintained.
The pitches are large and on grass. The road noise is somewhat reduced depending on the pitch chosen. However, the description is completely wrong regarding the stated distances. Elne center is a 15-minute walk away. We went there by scooter yesterday, and everything was closed with little to see. Ideally, take the RER 5 minutes away to go to Argelès.
Beautiful grassy pitches, easy dumping area... what a shame that the aire is so close to the 914... what noise.
Very large pitch. Everything works. Noisy during the day because of the nearby road, but fine at night.
I now understand why electricity is expensive at the aire: people from the gardens plug into the sockets. Today we saw it; the grinder never stops. It is really unfortunate for us motorhome users.
We had a good night, with a lot of traffic in the early evening and early morning because of the two roads on either side. Services work; we just struggled a little to enter the card code at the terminal—you have to be quick!
I liked the place. I saw the roads on the map and knew that cars drive on roads and make noise. After all, we do the same with our motorhomes. Shopping facilities were close by.
Adequate and clean place. The services work very well. Spacious areas.
Aire needing maintenance: large puddles in the main access lane and muddy pitches. A little far from the village.
The aire itself is okay. It is maintained and lit as well... But being beside a busy road ruins everything. It is very noisy. Only suitable as an emergency stop.
Rather pretty aire; the manager was present to make sure everything was okay. However, we were strongly advised several times not to plug in because the power kept tripping. The village is a 20-minute walk away, but on Monday everything was closed. We were not bothered by the road noise.
Beautiful aire with all Camping-Car Park services, but very noisy, surrounded by busy roads—what a shame! Fine for one night at the end of November.
Very loud. Comfort factor = 0.
They must be kidding, surrounded by expressways—hell! Very dangerous if you want to get to town, as there is no pedestrian path. Poorly maintained. Not attractive at all.
We stayed for one night stopover from Spain to the Dordogne. We would have liked to stay longer to visit the town, so we will be back. All facilities correct. Yes the road is noisy but didn’t bother us, grass could do with a bit of a tidy but didn’t bother us. Overnight stay with all facilities 11 euros cannot complain!
Beautiful aire, but alongside a four-lane road. VERY noisy day and night. Hell. Such a shame.
